Ashley N Still: I went there for family counseling or more like “we’re going to allow every person to attack you in hateful way.” To the point I got up and walked out. He said you can’t read body language or count for the way she’s talking. My sister was talking extremely snooty as if she better than ever person, she’s never once talked to this way. Then he started doing it. Disrespectful, rude. I thought family counseling was suppose to help, not destroy and end relationships. I’ve cried since 2 and asked for call back so he that understood why I walked away. I was excessively attacked by him and her. Basically, if you want to be punching bag and be bullied even more so. Go here. Won’t be going back. I would negative 5 stars if I could. He said he had 15 years of experience and dr degree. I’ve never seen a therapist attack someone.it was Langdon. No call back.

Jason P: With anything 'psychological', you tend to see only the bad stuff. Contrary to some of these reviews, they do have set policies on call-backs and reliable scheduling. I've known a few others who have been treated at one of their locations and did well also.

Taylor Sifford: Horrible. I scheduled 2 times over the past 2 years with Aaron Henderson and he cancelled both appointments because of "emergencies". Ok fine, I let them go and just moved on each time.Then I call back a few months later to try again and they call me back saying that I was a no show to the first 2 attempts and this is my last chance to show up.Completely false. Done trying with this terribly run place.

Justin Thibault: HORRIBLE service!! would never recommend Madison avenue or even worse specifically MARNI SHRUM to ANYONE!! EVER!! The way she handles her business is completely unprofessional. I would confidently say she has a cancel rate of AT LEAST 50%. That's at least 50% of the time that she would cancel my appointment! And at time with only hours notice! If i cancel there was fee, but was then any compensation when she canceled? Of course not! People go to a psychological professional to get help, not to have half there appointments canceled on short notice!AAANNNDDDD! On top of that! when we finally got sick of it and stopped going she sends a bill for balance due, which I'm okay with, she did perform services so i understand there is a bill due, but she was told to send it to collections and we would pay it when we financially could! and she went through and started charging any card shed ever been given until one went through!MARNI SHRUM was a terrible therapist, and very unprofessional! I would never recommend her or Madison Avenue to anyone! Stay away, find a real prefessional!

Vicki Gutierrez: Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were asked who we were to see & if we had our paperwork filled out. We had everything. 45 minutes after our appt time I knocked on the door to find out the therapist had left. She had called me at home & personally set up this appt. She remembered nothing. We wasted so much time & I pulled my daughter out of school for nothing. If you set up an appt, you should write it down & show up.

Snapped at me a couple times when I would ask her a question, apparently reading these reviews I am not the first person she has done this too! Robin Jenks: Scheduling problems. Rude and dismissive staff and adam is egotistical and at times rude and condescending. Adam shows no compassion and at times waste time discussing information which is not pertinent to therapy. Only attended 2 sessions and will not return.

A year and a half later they back billed me $190 and said I missed an appointment when I actually called up days beforehand and the receptionist told me that I did not have any appointment that day. Somehow they got ahold of my credit card info even though the number was changed 4 times since then which is scary. I feel scammed, absolutely do not go to this office unless you want to be paying bills years later.

Alison Benton: Yes, there are sometimes extremely long (like... 3-hour) wait times to see the doctor. It's because he's not a 5-minute psychiatrist, and I find that incredibly valuable. I think he gets behind on appointments sometimes because of this. I really hope that doesn't change because of negative reviews, though. The sort of compassionate care that he provides is hard to find in this field. Dr. Francis is really great. The wait is worth it. Give him a chance.

It’s worth it.Remember, these individuals deal with severe mental disorders and things happen that other patients don’t know about.Any psychologist or therapist that is paying too much attention to a clock isn’t really listening to you.

Good luck ever getting them to approve a refill. Plan to wait 2 hrs for the doctor to not even show up and them still charge your insurance. They should be shut down. Ppl they refer you to are the same. Enough to make a normal person go crazy just dealing with them.

The appointment itself was terrible he spent more time talking about his self than trying to get to know me and my problems. Office staff are incredibly rude. Tried to over charge me and laughed in my face. They seemed pretty embarrassed when they were pointed out their mistake. Save your money and time and don’t go here.

I was told over the phone that my appointment was on Friday, when it was actually on Monday. The second time, I found out they didn't actually take my insurance and wanted to charge me $85, which I didn't have on me. The person who schedules the appointments and handles the counter is completely inept and should be fired. I will not be going back.

Robert Lowe: I can't attest to the quality of the medical care provided here because I was turned away at the door due to the overwhelmingly unprofessional contract they require where they want your debit card and your bank account number so they can charge you for various discrepancies at their leisure, clearly unacceptable, this was an outrage. The contract was very one insided and weighted toward drafting your account for anything and everything. The guy working the counter looked like a homeless guy and had the personality of a rock. When I mentioned how unprofessional I thought the agreement was somebody behind the counter laughed obnoxiously.This place is obviously a pill mill, that only cares about the money
