C.J Miser: Took forever to get our food ordered, we waited 35 mins to get a table and the food came cold with stale chips, missing over half the order and when it was brought to the attention of the manager he said he was busy to leave our address with someone at the bar and he would get a gift card sent out in the mail! So here's another wait! Probably won't ever see that reimbursement! SMH

The breading reminded me of the old cheap McDonald's chicken sandwich in texture, the bun was plain, the sauce was there but outside of being a little spicy (mango habanero) it didn't add much flavor. The fries could have been decent but they were almost all soggy and were actually over spiced with whatever they use.Will say a positive that it is nice they make everything to order, it might take a few minutes but I prefer the possibility of things being better that way.All in all I can only say I came away disappointed by the experience and can't imagine going back if I'm wanting a chicken sandwich from somewhere.

Albert Edie: The order was wrong and they refused to help so I was forced to eat what I could. I set the rest on the table beside me and within ten minutes it began to reek of old grease. It smelled like a dumpster I'm glad I didn't eat more! I ended up throwing away $30 worth of food that was not fit to eat and I will never order from there again!

Mike Shilko: Slooow service. Took 30-40 minutes to get our order. Wings and fries were super salty, especially the Cajun flavor ones. The bathroom smelled of sewer, and the whole restaurant smelled of fabulosa or something similar. The boneless wings were warm but definitely not hot. The habenero ones were good, but the garlic parm and especially the Cajun flavor was super salty. They replaced the Cajun ones quickly with some fresh garlic parm that were hot, so that was nice. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Melaina: I will not be going back to this wingstop. Since they opened again, it has been nothing but terrible service, food is always wrong, it takes way longer than my pick up time to finally receive my food. The workers are always goofing around with each other and not acknowledging customers. They never offer to fix my order when it’s wrong, they just expect me to leave and not care. I will drive the extra couple miles to go to any other wingstop in the city over this one.

janay hall: Received food 40 minutes AFTER the online ordering confirmation email said it would be ready. And the food was wrong on on top of that. We had already left before we noticed they messed up the order but it wouldnt have mattered anyways because every time I've ever tried to get a refund for bad food, the managers wiggle out of it. Waiting inside wouldn't have been so bad if we couldn't hear the the manager yelling at the staff for eating fries and "wasting company money". This is probably the most ghetto location in the city.
