lilith werner: As you know if you are looking for a car service in NYC, there are a billion options and it can be hard to truly find out what the cost is for point-to-point service. I really appreciated the fact that the online booking service for Luxor is VERY transparent about each charge. They show you the breakdown of car, tax, gratuity, toll, covid, etc. Luxor might be a couple of dollars more than other less car services but I enjoyed having peace of mind with knowing everything up front. Our driver, Norihisa Mori, arrived early, masked and gloved, and did a great job navigating the exiting crowds of the Brooklyn Mirage. Highly recommend if you prefer online booking, transparency in cost and professional drivers.

Shawna P: We used this service twice getting an SUV for 4 of us and luggage. The drivers were early and waiting for us, safe driving- not distracted, the price included the toll roads. While I found the price a bit pricey, it was great service in very clean vehicles and it was an all inclusive price unlike some of the other car services and was worth the price. It was a high quality ride. They confirmed via email and phone, and were responsive to emails and calls as needed. I'll use them again when I'm in New York.
Jeffrey Fingers: Update - we used Luxor again and just as before they were fantastic. Manual and Fahad were the most awesome drivers. We learned so much about them and the area as they drove us too and from the city. They were genuinely awesome people, the kind you would hire in a heartbeat if you could afford a personal driver. If you are coming to NYC you want one of these 2!I choose Luxor for our trip to NYC. Their website and booking process was very easy, set up 2 trips very quickly, received a confirmation email and was done. As we were in the air I received the email with the driver and car specifics and that they were on their way. As I walked off the plane I received the text that he was there and ready for us. Picked up our bags, walked out the door and he was right there waiting. He loaded our bags, no paperwork, no signing anything just quick tutorial on the entertainment/climate system. Very nice, new, clean Lincoln vehicles, loaded with ice, water and soft drinks for us. They also did a great job getting in and out of Times Square quickly and efficiently.
Faith First: Limo driver did not listen to where we wanted to go. Let us out far from destinations, left us confused and running all over to find our destination using our iPhones as maps. If we wanted to be lost in NY and super stressed, we wouldn’t have rented a limo in the first place. It would have been easier to strap eight tiny NY rats to a sled and have them drag us down the city sidewalks, using the red glow of our dying phone batteries to light the way.

I had made a mistake in my booking and was immediately notified to have it corrected by Jennifer, who is incredible customer support. The first ride was good but the second ride was why my review had to be downgraded to 3. The driver spoke non-stop for an hour and unfortunately it was distasteful subjects that I don't wish to engage in. Racist banter and not keeping an eye on the road made it a trip from hell. I ordered the service hoping to avoid this kind of chit chat from cheaper options but, at double the cost, this service was far from worth it in the end.
Alexis Sciano: Last year, my friends and I wanted a limo for our special event.My friend ordered an 8 passenger limo as a ride to this event in Manhattan and used the point to point service option. She made the reservation online without any issues. Sadly, 9 days after she received the confirmation email was sent, they canceled the order. They left a message on her phone saying that she could not use the point to point service option for prom. This left us all very confused because we weren't going to a prom, so we thought it was a mistake. After calling them up, they explained that it was a prom day and the minimum amount of time we would need to rent the limo for was 6 hours. This was absolutely ridiculous because we didn't need a limo for even half that time, nor did we want to pay $200+ extra for their mistake. This left all of us without a ride for an event that we were really looking forward to. If the 6 hour minimum was stated anywhere throughout the booking process, or even if the order was cancelled the day after, we wouldn't have been mad. In my opinion, canceling 9 days after a confirmation with no viable reason is absurd. They obviously only care about money, without any regard for their customers. I would tell anyone who is thinking about using this company to not use it. Luxor Limo is NOT reliable at all and shouldn't get your money.
Stephen Gentile: Great communication, calls and emails. I never used a service like this before, I'll tell you what, I was impressed. About $500 for pick up at JFK, drive our family 2 hours south into Jersey. The driver, Reginald was a straight up STUD! Icy water, great driver, I swear he safely cut off a half an hour compared to if I drove. Highly recommended!

When I expressed displeasure, he suggested that I hold my two-year-old on my lap. When I said that was not safe, he was like: what's the big deal? The company had nothing to offer us, and just left us stranded at 2 am at JFK. This was the worst consumer experience I can recall.

Paige Moore: When I booked, the guy didn't know what was going on. He told me that car seats weren't allowed because there are no seats belts, and that our 6 kids (1-9) would be fine without. Thankfully I called back and spoke to a much more competent employee who said not only do they ALLOW car seats, but they will provide them, so I booked. After speaking to a friend who had a really bad experience with a rushing driver/multiple people getting car sick, and not being able to see the Christmas lights unless you were in front of the few windows that rolled down, I called to cancel our booking. Their policy says full refund as long as it is over one week prior to the ride. Mine was a month prior. They told me that my $150 deposit would not be refunded. However, not only was I never charged $150 in the first place, I was never told that any portion would be non refundable. After telling them that (and them actually pointing out that I was never even charged $150), they cancelled my trip. They asked me to double check that I got the cancelation email, but I hadn't - instead I got an email stating that they had just charged me $150! Then refused to refund it! I have been calling and emailing back and forth for 2 weeks now and they are giving me the run around and won't refund my money. I am overly frustrated and never leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I hope this prevents someone else from dealing with the same nonsense.
Summer Riggs: It’s been about a month since our wedding. We paid for transportation for our guests to the venue from 2 hotels from 3:30-5:30 and again to the hotels from the venue from 8:30-11:30.For reference, I’m the bride and I’ve NEVER left a bad google review in my life so please read this before using Pech.The first issue was communication. Our driver called my now husband before transportation even began and asked what he was supposed to do and told him he had a wedding to go to at 6pm. This clearly wasn’t an issue since he would be done at 5:30 (honestly earlier since the wedding was at 4:30) but just seemed disrespectful. My husband told the driver that it would be back and forth from the hotels to the venue. He then picked up one group of guests and then just parked at the venue instead. My husband had to go outside and ask him to get more guests since everyone was still waiting to come to the wedding at the hotels. Communication is SEVERELY lacking.The second (BIGGEST) issue was the 8:30-11:30pm driver (which may be the same driver as 3:30-5:30pm? Unknown since I never saw the earlier driver myself). He did not show up at 8:30pm like he was supposed to and we had to CALL THEM to get him to come. I had elderly guests ready to leave at 8:30pm standing at the door and nowhere for them to go. My mom was the one who had to make phone calls and figure it out and she ended up missing a good part of the reception on the phone. At 11pm the wedding was wrapping up and our driver announced this was the last option to get back to the hotel? The venue & hotels were only 7 minutes apart and instead my guests were rushed out because he didn’t want to make another trip. He was rude to ME in front of family and friends as we were already wrapping up and packing stuff up.A couple of days later, my family from Illinois called and gave a run down of their drive back to the hotel. The same 8:30-11:30pm driver was speeding & driving erratic. My 88 yr old grandma said that he flew over train tracks right by the venue AS THE ARMS WERE COMING DOWN. They could literally see a train right beside them. My husbands family said they were being thrown around in the back of the vehicle. Both of these stories were told to us without even asking their thoughts on the transportation, which Pech should take as a sign that they’re not vetting drivers OR communicating nearly enough with their drivers.Leading up to the wedding, Pech was great.. they were about the only vendor I wasn’t stressed about things going right with.Our contract stated specific times and you’d expect safe driving from a transportation company. I know if we violated our contract, we’d be hearing from them. We’ve been in contact with them for 17 days now and still nothing to make it right.Adding to the end of this; Pech sent us a partial refund of $175 (our total was $1200) 10 minutes after this was posted. Definitely still not right in my eyes. Would love an apology from the driver more than anything because he was disrespectful to myself and family.
Julie VanZandt: They might be a good limo service, but no communication. I called a few weeks ago to cancel. Called again a week ago because I did not receive a confirmation email canceling. Nope, was not cancelled. Was told I would still be charged because I called 6 days, not 7 to cancel. Told the guy I actually called a few weeks ago. Received am email today confirming my reservation. Someone is not communicating in this business. I called AGAIN. Thank goodness for phone records showing my calls.
Cindy Rivera: Excellent customer service and the limo was impressive and arrive early than expected, it was rented for a group of teenagers and they were delighted, the driver was super polite and very nice! My daughter forgot her glasses in the limo and the company took care that the glasses were returned to me! I would definitely rent again at a future event!

Michelle Chavey: We reserved a limo to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday in January for a trip downtown with friends. Unfortunately, both the service that evening and the follow up experience were awful. Many features in the limo weren't working and/or the driver told us he didn't know how to operate any of the car's features. We made it to dinner on time but during dinner the limo overheated and was swapped for another car. Part of our stuff didn’t get transferred to the new car, including some celebratory glasses that our friends brought along. The second car also had inoperable features. From there, the driver needed turn by turn directions for the remainder of the evening, even though I had provided a complete itinerary ahead of time and provided addresses again when asked that evening. After the disappointing evening, I sent two follow up emails that received no response and called several times - each time the operator acknowledged my email and said I would receive a call back. The operator shared that they took a chance on a new driver and in hindsight they should have cancelled the trip, yet there was no action on their part to at least talk with me about the level of service and any kind of an adjustment to the cost. It was a total waste of more than $600 – at least with an Uber our group could have sat back and enjoyed each other's company instead of having to give turn-by-turn directions through the window all night. Beware of the claim on the website by the owner Nadar of, “If you have a concern, don’t be afraid to bring it to my attention. I personally vouch for your satisfaction” as it appears to be a complete lie. If you have an issue, there's a good chance you'll receive no further help. **UPDATE: Per the response from Nadar below - I only disputed the (partial) charge after every attempt to contact your company went no where after several weeks of trying. You didn't assume any responsibility during the CC dispute and my credit card company wouldn't refund ANY charges because you provided proof that I received car service - I had only even asked for a partial refund back when I disputed the charge and still received zero credit from you or from them. Please call me if you would like to make this right and I will update this review with the fact that you did reach out to try and find a solution that is reasonable for both parties.** FINAL UPDATE 4/17 - I contacted the company one more time since they claimed in their review response they intended to adjust the charge based on the experience and still received no communication back. You may have a delightful experience but beware that if you don't, you're unlikely to have it properly handled, despite the commentary from the owner below**

And then I get to Kansas and discover that some people ARE indeed made for this industry! In this case, that someone is Mr. Curtis! What a very professional and personable driver to get assigned. My plane had literally just landed when my phone rang with Mr. Curtis saying, I understand your flight arrived a little early. I am here. I was sitting on the plane thinking WOW, I like this company already! I had Googled a list of places to see in Kansas City, KS and Mr. Curtis not only got me safely to where I wanted to go, he also suggested a few other places and cheerfully served as my photographer. Mr. Curtis went through great lengths to get, nice, clear shots for me. Who could ask for more than that. As a native Floridian, we pride ourselves on Southern hospitality. Mr. Curtis clearly demonstrated that the South doesn't have a monopoly on hospitality. He was a real standup gentleman, a pleasant introduction for a first-time visitor and is an asset to Pech Limousine. I basically teach customer service for a living. I am often sharing examples with my team of what good customer service looks like. I do suspect there will be some Mr. Curtis stories in their very near future! Thank you Mr. Curtis! Trista Plank: With yesterday being my first time flying in my 31 years of life and being a small town girl from Idaho lol switching planes 3 times and just an all out crazy day. But Curtis from Pech Limousine made from the time I got off my last plane absolutely amazing. He was right there waiting for me as soon as I got off the plane. He loaded my bags had the ac going since holy cow was it humid here. He took me to get food and me not being from here or anything I asked for suggestions and he suggested Gates Bar-b-q. When we got there he got out took my pic in front of gates and then stood with me while I got my food. He made me feel so comfortable which was amazing to help calm my nerves. During the whole ride he would point out landmarks, and things to do like it was so amazing to learn new things as well. The conversation was pleasant, the car was beautiful, nice clean just a very nice vehicle. The whole experience was truly amazing I’ve never had a driver service like that and Curtis made it absolutely amazing. So thank you Pech Limousine and a very big thank you to Curtis.
