Richard Bullock: Sometimes, it is a pain to move around, but customer service is always good.
Diggy Nine: 1st time there had to go and check it out. They let us take a free tour to check out everything that was within the store. You can't purchase anything without a membership card. But they definitely give Sam's club a run for their money.
