Crystal Rice: Staff was incredible. I arrived literally a minute before closing but they were the only place that was open to pick up my dogs food & my dogs had ran out. The closing manager kept the store open so I could quickly get the dogs food. She didn't have to because I know it delayed them getting out by a few minutes at least.

Patti Smith: Went in to pick up crickets for my daughter and her fiance and came out with a lot of information about the gecko and it's proper way to feed it. Even was introduced to the cricket keeper to assist with keeping extra little devils on hand for the next feeding. I even found a few treats for my friend that was outside waiting for me but I didn't get my friend a treat just her dog LOL

The girl working the register took the time to find the right size, put it on and adjust it, etc. It was better service than you ever get most places anymore. I wish I had made note of her name. Regan Smith: Highly recommend Beyond the Dog if you are looking for dog training! We recently adopted a dog found on the streets who had a murky history and some resource guarding issues we weren't aware of when we brought him home. We have another dog that we were concerned about integrating him with, which is why we reached out to Beyond the Dog. We researched several places but loved the All Inclusive Program that BTD offered. Though more expensive than your average training course, you get so much more than anywhere else had to offer. My husband and I are super busy, so it was so worth having someone put in the time with the boys and then show us what we need to do to develop and maintain their newly learned behaviors. From the very beginning, it was obvious that they take their work very seriously. During the research phase, I spoke with Sean, the owner, twice, about my concerns and wishes. He was honest about what was possible and how they operate. Communicating with Allison, the scheduling coordinator, was great, she was so prompt and nice! On the first day of training, we had 2 trainers and Dr. Ally, a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst come to our home to assess the boys. And of course, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erin, our primary trainer (and Brook who helped)! She took such good care of our boys and made some amazing progress with our new pup. Our dogs clearly loved her and I could tell she cared about them as well. Even more so, she was so incredibly patient with my anxious dog mom questions and emails. There is still a long road of learning for our boys, but we are in so much of a better place to handle it because of Beyond the Dog. I have already recommended them to a friend and will return for any training needs in the future.

Liz Alberson: I cannot recommend Erin and Beyond the Dog enough! They did an incredible job with our rescue dog Hank and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Before we started working with them, Hank was having issues with people coming up to/into our house, he displayed aggression when meeting new people, and needed some work on his overall obedience and confidence. But after going through the All-Inclusive training plan with Erin, we have noticed such a significant improvement in Hank.Erin was also just absolutely wonderful. Sandi C: The trainers at Beyond The Dog are great. Erin worked with our two energetic, joyful pups and the difference in their behavior has been amazing. Daily lessons with the dogs and a weekly lesson with us resulted in much better behavior from them and positive techniques for us to curb negative behaviors. We would definitely seek their assistance again with any other dogs or with these two if they need a little maintenance.

Jody Jones: Hands down, this training was worth every dime! We rescued Gary (German Shepard mix) in August and knew he would be a work in progress. He was incredibly scared of people and would spend most of his days hiding in his safe spot in the house. He was difficult to walk for several reasons...he was unruly and rowdy with me, yet wouldn't walk further than 2 houses with my husband. Within 2 days, Tiffany (our awesome trainer) had him walking around the block with my husband. Tiffany was completely professional and patiently worked with Gary (and us) to become more and more comfortable with people in public and new places. Gary has more to learn and Tiffany set him up with foundations to continue learning. He is genuinely a happier dog these days and spends more and more time outside of his hiding spot. Amber Lalla: Tiffany has been absolutely amazing to work with! She has been wonderful at training my reactive dog and providing guidance on how I can continue to work with my dog after training. She is amazing with dogs; she is gentle and sweet and knows exactly how to make them respond and obey. We used her for training our golden doodle and he came back and actually listens to our commands, doesn’t bite at all, and walks well on a leash. We were so happy with the results we did mini sessions over the next couple months. She introduced him to many situations and scenarios and taught him how to behave. Our dog loves her so much he cries when he sees her out of excitement! So we continue to use Ally for boarding when we go out of town. She does an amazing job and makes us feel good that our dog is getting the right attention and having fun while we are gone. We know he is in the best hands!!! Plus, as an added bonus, she recognizes any behavior he could improve on and works on it with him while she is boarding him! She always returns him happy, clean, and better behaved.
