Best Castilian Restaurant Independence Near Me

Katrina Rosenberg: This was my family’s first time visiting, but it will also be the last which is incredibly upsetting because this restaurant has been on my go-to bucket list for nearly a year now. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for some time, this was the worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant, and I left this establishment in tears.

Micheal Salmon: Went to eat at 2:30 so there was no rush. It took 20 minutes for us to get sat although there was no wait. Then it took us 50 minutes to get our food, When I asked for a second order to go that order finished before my main order. Then they placed both into a to go Box and that's how I was served. No adjustments to bill, only blame on the kitchen.

Andrea Scott: We went here for dinner yesterday and had the soup, salad and breadsticks. I had the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. Everything tasted pretty good. However, when I was eating the soup at the bottom of the bowl, I felt something hard in my mouth. I thought it might be a piece of bone that had somehow gotten into the soup. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was shiny. It was a metal shaving that was about an inch long. We informed them of this and they were very nonchalant like it happens every day. The waitress asked me did I think it came off the bag of soup. How would I even know that? The first manager we talked to only said that it wasn't supposed to be in there. Yeah, no s**t. They offered me another bowl like I was supposed to have any confidence eating their soup after that. They did make sure to get rid of the evidence quickly. Due to their lack of true concern, I have no confidence that they got rid of that batch of soup. Needless to say but I was very upset and disappointed in this experience. I will not be going back to this Olive Garden because most of them have no real concern for their customers.

Angela Ferguson: On Saturday June 10, 2023 my sons and I had a decent dinner here. Our server, Karli S. was friendly, polite, and very attentive. She absolutely made certain we never had to wait on drink refills and made sure our food was prepared the way we wanted. She was thorough and kept us from having to ask for anything. As for my Filet, it was rather bland and surprisingly tougher than it should've been. My sons were very pleased with their meal choices.9

Nathan Sherer: The restaurant was very clean. All their food is good. I have never had anything of theirs that i didn't like. Tonight I had the ribeye. It was so juicy that it almost melted in your mouth. I had their seasonal strawberry pecan salad. It also had grapes and mandarin oranges. It was fantastic! Sherri Simmons: FIRST OF ALL, sign up for their birthday club and get a free (designated) breakfast right away and then for each year on your birthday.We came in with a party of 16 for our mom’s 94th birthday. They accommodated us easily and quickly. There was a lot going on but I’m pretty sure there were two servers. The food was really good. Everyone agreed. I ordered the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed red skin potatoes/gravy. Very tasty. Potatoes weren’t instant. Turkey was delicious. Others around me ordered a big burger with fries, cod & shrimp dinner, fried chicken Cobb salad (looked amazing! And huge!), bear claw stuffed French toast, chili burger & chicken tenders. No complaints! The restaurant sang happy birthday and servers provided plates/forks for the cake we brought in. And I didn’t take a single food pic! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Delesia Hill: This is my first time trying this restaurant. When I went in the staff were helpful and friendly! Not a bad price for the amount of food you get but it was a little bland. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast. The eggs were over cooked and the hash browns were undercooked and under seasoned. The steak itself was good. I may try again at a later date to see if maybe it was just an off day.

Debi Cogburn: I had the French dip ciabatta (deluxe) sandwich with AuJus tonight. OMG that is the very best. Corner Cafe could learn a thing tor three. (My typical go-to when I go there). My first bite was not dipped, I knew at that moment, this was gonna be a delicious meal. I am so glad I have leftovers! However, I was very disappointed in the selection of salad dressings. I'm not a fan of Bacon Ranch, Balsamic Vinegar or Italian. Who doesn't have French? Black Bear, that's who.

Well only 2 of them came to wash the car after it was like they didn't want to wash our while a couple of the girls were literally trying to hook up with the car ahead of us.
