Don’t post that you are available to make reservations if you are not going to answer the phone! I have called 5 times already today starting at 10:15am and no one will pick up. I am very disappointed.

Deanna Berch: I wasn't impressed with this at all and the other people on the sleigh ride didn't seem to be either. It's $15 per person to take a sleigh ride and they literally take you around the block and drop you back off. I was under the impression that this ride took you around the plaza to see the lights, but that is not at all the case. I paid $60 for a quick ride around the block in an old sleigh with a bunch of other people. I would not recommend this. You can see way more walking around the plaza for free.
