Liam & Jenna FitzGerald: Note - please take all positive reviews with a grain of salt as the buyers are enticed to leave positive reviews to be entered for a free vacation. To put this review into perspective: this company charges excessively for good build quality that is code compliant and in a timely manner. For the cost, I would expect top notch customer service experience and closeout/cleanup as well, which we did not receive.We used this company to rebuild our deck and while the actual building experience was good, the negligence during the closeout process and lack of communication left us unheard and with a half week of extra drama and work.The crew completed the job on a Friday and left after we paid our balance. Some wood and concrete were left hastily in our drive way (after other extra materials and equipment were removed and we paid in full). It was not communicated that this would be picked up at a later date and the contract said nothing on extra materials so we spent hours moving all the materials into our garage to protect them from rain. We also picked up over 100 loose nails and screws which were dangerous to our young children and washed and scraped all the concrete that was sloppily left. Our yard was left in pretty rough shape and stones around our patio were knocked loose.We originally weren't going to complain about these things but we spoke to the secretary on Monday after a 3rd party came to our door asking for the materials back. The secretary was rude, demanding, and unapologetic (in essence, he made a really big deal about ~$300 worth of material, half of which would have been ruined by rain had we not moved it, which was left on our property without explanation). He was hesitant to give our complaints to the the owner and kept demanding we move the material on their time so it could be picked up. At this point we explained that we needed to speak to the owner to resolve this.The next day, we spoke with the owner deciding to air our concerns after our bad experiences with the secretary and cleanup. We were once again, met with a huge concern by the owner over the ~$300 in material which we moved and zero attempt to resolve any of our other complaints. Needless to say, this whole experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and we cannot, in good faith, recommend their business. If your business model is worried about 1% of the project total and getting a kickback from the lumber yard over the customer to the point where you won't apologize or even attempt to make things right, it deserves to be knownService:Deck construction

Hunter drew up the plans based on our specs on his iPad. We were able to select the materials, colors and the full plan. There was also an agreement drawn up that protected both us and his company. This was a great way to build trust and peace of mind that the project would be completed on time.We also needed a gate added to our chain link fence on one side of the House. I wanted a double gate, and I wanted to use some of the materials that I already had from a previous project. Hunter drew up the plans for the gate, and the price was much less than we expected. We were very impressed that we wouldn’t have to wait until next year for these projects to be completed, as most contractors were booked out that far.We are extremely satisfied with the way everything turned out.
