Cassidy Srock: I bought my past several pairs of shoes for my family and I from here. There is a massive selection (even my husband found shoes he loves and he hasn't bought new shoes in YEARS because "nothing ever fits right AND looks good").Usually there's a sale on something; if not, the prices are still pretty reasonable.The layout is pretty intuitive so it's pretty easy to find whatever you need. Definitely check out the clearance section! I got a great deal on some very comfortable Sketches.
Nathan Taylor: Prices don't seem to be quite as aggressive as in the past but we found a couple pairs to meet our needs. Staff were nice and store was clean.
Rachel Best: No matter what I go to this store for it’s a HASSLE AND A HALF. Please stop shopping at shoe carnival to save your sanity. It is literally the worst shopping experience you could ever put yourself through.
Katie Yeomans: I was not too thrilled about the employees finally me and my husband around the store like we were going to steal something just because of how we looked, he was fresh from work and I had had a rough day with the baby so we didn't look the best I for example had on sweats and a large hoodie for comfortword of advice to he public: don't judge a book by its cover, you never know what another person is going through
Cheyenne Lawson: The staff is always pleasant, they have a large selection of sneakers, boots, high heels, slides, sandals, etc. for kids and adults. There is a wide variety of styles so everyone is sure to find something they love.
Jennifer Bunker: Not much to choose from in kids for my daughter in sneakers. Left empty handed.

Patti Pyles: The staff member had their head barely out the door and was smoking! My dad died of lung cancer, I'd rather not walk through your smoke!

Michelle Stilwell: There is no sales representative on the floor to help find things. Had to go up front and ask cashier. Nothing has changed.

Draven Alexander: A big selection of shoes and they're always having a sale of some sort. I like the fact that it's not too busy and I'm able to browse without a lot of people in the store. Friendly staff are available if I need help or have a question. An enjoyable experience for me.
