Brazil Academy - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School: what do users think?
Camila Reis: amazing place with great professionals and great food
eshan numin: The instructors do a fantastic job of training and inspiring my son to do his best and bea humble, good person. They handle condlicts extremely well, and fairly which is very important in martial arts. We love Brazil academy.
Leonardo almeida: Comida muito boa e otimo funcionarios
Mario Hernandez: I’ve been attending Brazil Academy at Olathe for the past 5 months and it’s been an amazing experience from day one. My original thought was to bring my kids only but once here I though ‘ I’ll give it a try my self’ little I did I know how great all the stuff and professor were that not only learning BJJ it’s great but the camaraderie and environment it’s exceptional. Great way to get in shape super fast too!!
Xaden Rosales: I absolutely love training Muay Thai here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it makes all the training so much more enjoyable. I love the cafe they have here too, its filled with amazing and healthy foods. When I was trying to find a good gym, I really wanted to find ones that had showers there as well, since itd make my schedule easier to manage, I was pleasently suprised to find them there. My Instructor, Bruce, is absolutely amazing and clearly very experienced. Again, I absolutely love it, and I'm excited to keep on going!
Alvaro Castelo Branco: Great place! Kids love it!
X Mex: friendly people, good staff, very easy to learn and fun to do!
MarkAndHolly Lehmkuhl: I continue to be impressed with the staff and their abilities to connect with the younger members. The ability to connect and communicate and see the progression of the work and techniques lets me know that the message is getting through and that the kids are grasping the concepts.
Aaron Downs: Put our 8 and 5 year old into bjj for the first time and they love it. The instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Jason Verbenec: Great school, my daughter loves these Jujitsu classes! She ask everyday if she has class tonight! Good discipline and good exercise!
Cristine Abrahao: Love this place! Have been doing Capoeira over a year and love it! The cafe has great food!
Brenden Lewis: Just started in the introduction and fundamentals class about a month ago. Love the environment the instructors are great and can teach high level athletes and others that have no experience. Highly recommended it to anyone interested. Ask for Celio he’s a great instructor!
Eric Vargas: After a lot of research I finally decided to train Brazilian Jiujitsu at Brazil Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the second I walked in, I was welcomed not only by the instructors, but by all of the students as well. This is a testament to the community that Brazil Academy has built. This place is the real deal.
Shauna Anderson: My Son and Daughter are enrolled in the Capoeira class and love it. In the class they learn basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu forms through games, dance (moving through forms to music), and a little bit of flat out drill, they also do some cardio to help focus the kids. The class is really fun, but well managed and has really helped my rambunctious 5 year old learn to better follow directions and stay focused in a classroom setting. Plus the other kids and parents are a lot of fun. Highly recommend.
Johnashur Heston: Good place you should go
Pedro Zogaib: Brazil Academy is the best spot in Kansas City!
Mallory Ramsey: Our son (8 years old) and daughter (6 years old) both enjoy Brazil Academy in the BJJ program. As quiet, reserved, and non-confrontational children the confidence and skills they have learned in a controlled environment have been so good for them. They are both more confident and happy.
Max Trent: I am having a great time here! The instructors are incredible and seem genuinely each individuals growth
Ralph A Perez: The best academy/gym in town.
Hunter Richardson: Great gym to train with even greater people. Everyone is there to work hard while having fun at the same time. I’ve learned a lot in the few weeks I’ve been training and I am excited to stick around and keep pushing. Couldn’t recommend a better place to start a training journey.
Iridai Ortiz: We love Brazil Academy! My daughter recently started Capoeira and my husband Muay Thai. There’s also a great sense of community and the food at the cafe is so good!
