Zackary Rients: Do not buy a wiring harness from this company! I regretfully purchased a harness for a 1946 Chevy Truck w/ alternator for a customers build. Not only was it put together cheaply but the "instructions" that came with it where completely wrong. I removed every single cheap terminal and replaced them all. I then laid the harness and sat there wondering what to make of the instructions. Every wire was labeled wrong. Many wires had no location or destination. They certainly did not take the time to provide a proper diagram. I called multiple times and never received a response. I also emailed a couple a times and was promised that someone would be contacting me. Once I tried them only to be answered by the rudest old man that yelled at me. If your looking for poor quality, unsafe, over priced harness and would like to have a Car-B-Q and burn your vehicle down buy now.Wish I would have bought an American Auto Wiring Harness for like $12 more dollars.

When I needed an ecentric brake bolt that is not in the catalog, they had one from a parts truck, and when I order there has always been a quick turnaround. Prices of vintage car/truck parts are always expensive, but when comparatively shopping, I have found Carter to be the least expensive most of the time. They have become my go to source on my ‘37GC.

Trey Brown: I've had good and terrible experiences here. Bed liners and air bags went in without a problem - good quality. However, I ordered a truck bed cover 11 months ago and have followed up at least 6 times since then. Every single time they say they will have to talk to their distributor and get back to me. Not once has anyone ever called back despite me pointing out that they never call me back the past 3-4 times I've followed up. Your customer service has a lot of room for improvement. If you say you're going to do something, then do it. I'm not one to bash people online because I deal with the same thing myself, but this is an honest experience that I feel other customers should know about before hiring you. 4 stars is a stretch, but I'm hoping you'll take this feedback, speak with your team, and make some internal improvements so we can work together again some day.

Charles Peabody: They sprayed a bedliner in my truck and there was a foreign substance that didn't come off the bed. When they sprayed the liner it wouldn't stick to the bed. They called and made me aware of what happened and told me if they could keep my truck another day they'd remove the bedliner and try a different cleaning technique. This must have worked because I got my truck back today and it looks awesome!! I'm going to have my undercarriage sprayed and they will definitely get the work. If you want an excellent job and great customer service, I'd highly recommend that you go here!!

Richard Knight: I had them install a drop in bed liner in my truck. I asked them to sweep the bed before installing and this is what I found underneath. Several acorns were under the liner. I could feel and hear them crunch when I walked in the bed. The prices are reasonable. But, the attention to detail needs some work.
