Blessed Ballard: This is a nice park. The access from I-70 is not too bad. It is a little noisy being right near the Interstate. The deluxe pads vary per site. We parked on gravel and were provided a table with 4 chairs, a grill and a firepit. The site to our right was paved, to the left was gravel. Those came with similar amenities but included a swing near the firepit. Watch out for the speed bumps.

Ms Becky Warren AKA Nana: My sister and I reserved a Kamping Cabin. It was delightful, until 1AM when the rain outside started sripping on my shoulder. The night caregiver responded immediately, moving us into the deluxe cabin that was available right beside us, plus refunded us. The Kamper Kabins are very nice but have few amenities. The deluxe cabins are wonderful and provide additional amenities, including patio with furniture, firepit and a gas grill. Every cabin has a covered front porch with a porch swing. Each staff member we have encountered has been friendly, helpful and gracious. I am truly impressed.

Laurie Danboise: Pet Friendly??? I'd say not!We usually stay at KOA's while traveling with our dogs (vacation AND dog show travel). Won't stay at this one! Their fee per night per dog was outrageous! We just left another campground that complimented us that our 6 dogs were quieter than the trailer 2 away from us that only had 2 dogs. Why penalize us when we show ' dog etiquette' ??? Lost our's and our dog show friends business.....

kitty-beth: Best KOA I have ever stayed at: they answer their phone after hours, cabins have extra plug-ins, lamp, microwave, fridge that is nicely COLD, heat and air conditioning, mini golf operational, office was open 8 pm, security was there all night, wood floor sealant and clean, clean and stocked dog park with benches, laundry room immaculate with cool rustic decoration, bathrooms had paper towels too!

Holly Weaver-Hall: Great customer service.Fast check in.Clean rv park.Full hookups.They had a large pull through for our rv and trailer. Family oriented and family run business. They also have propane which is a huge convenience. Rv pad could have been a bit more level but I am very happy with our experience here.They have showers, a pool and laundry on site we didn’t need them also a plus.Pet friendly they have a fenced off area for dogs.

Heather Hollingsworth: Grounds itself are okay, service is the issue here. Made reservation online, office was closed when we got there for Easter which I understand. However there were no check in packets ready like after hours, called the number listed, no answer, VM full. Did receive call back stating they were behind getting check ins ready and would be done shortly, received another call stating it was done. There were now many check ins waiting but not our packet, ended up just picking a spot. Restrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels. Never saw any workers the whole time we were there. Would chose a different spot to stay in future.

Katie Hall: Not holiday worthy. Spaces are tight and it’s loud here from road, train and neighbors. Bathrooms weren’t clean and the family bathrooms weren’t open. Really sad that the jumping pad was closed even though it isn’t listed as seasonal. Our site had trash in the fire pit and butts all over.

Cliff Meek: We come here every year for our shakedown trip. It's fun to see the improvements they add each year. We have always had a good experience here. We only had one problem a few years ago, they took care of it so fast I don't even remember what the problem was. They were written up in one of the RV magazines for the solar energy system they are setting up to power the campsite power pedestals.

joe goff: They need an option for zero stars because my experience at this store was terrible. From the first moment I walked in I had an employee following me around and standing at the end of the aisles watching me the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and profiled. The old man there needs to get a hobby or something in his life and stop making people feel uncomfortable at his job. I will be talking to the manager. hopefully they reprimand him or something because the way he acted was uncalled for.

Heather Means: I can not thank enough or give enough praise to Javair Langford! He was so knowledgeable, kind and more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. I just bought a new/used car last Saturday and to my dismay the air is just not blowing cold even after complaining, taking it in and being told nothing was wrong from the place I bought it from. Javair took the time to come out in the 100 something degree weather, take out my glove box and pull out what was the grossest air filter ever. He then helped me pick out what was in my price range and the best fit for my car filter. If that wasn’t enough, the nice young man helped the five people behind me then came out and helped me replace the old for the new. My faith has been restored in humanity. 10 stars and I can not tell you enough how much his kindness meant to me today when I felt I was on the brink of a meltdown literally physically and mentally. Thank you so much Javair! You truly were a guardian angel to me today. I will always come back to your store if I get to have your help. It’s really rare to find people like you in today’s world.

Erin P.: My elderly mother was at the Hub Drive location in Independence, MO this morning. The saleswoman behind the counter was VERY rude to her. She refused to answer her questions. She took FOREVER checking her out. My mom is disabled and can't stand for long periods of time. Mom asked her how long it would take. The clerk just shrugged! Finally, mom couldnt stand any longer and wait on the cashier, so she left. Because of her health, it took her the rest of the day to get her energy back. Where's the compassion! People like this shouldn't be working for the public. We won't be going back!

Autumn Garcia: At first I was kinda sketchy about working here.. but turns out it's not that bad.. every one of my co-workers help me when I have a problem or get stuck on something I can't figure out.. they teach me whatever I don't already know.. my boss rob is a pretty cool guy, I have seen him work very well with the customers, takes care of them with whatever problem they are having.. great workmanship!
