paula perry: I have to hold my breath every time we go in there.......we have complained several times......apparently the management at night can't supervise their employees. .......as a rule there's no smoking by the entrance /exit doors......um, guess where they smoke......where their not suppose to.Thinking we'll probably be going to another store or kmart........somewhere where there's consideration to their customers who they get their pay checks from.........no customers, no jobs, no pay check.At least the 40 highway employees don't smoke near the doors...employees that follows the rules

carl todd: Bought recommended iyem, ask guy about installation, said easy. Got home USBport not there, called store, no help, sent me to phone site, 4 hrs later, and 3 different specialists could not. Had to return to store, lady there solved problem in 5 minutes.

Manny: For the most part its as expected. Every once and a while it's hard to find an employee but everyone is nice and helpful. It also might be me but i remember there being way more aisles and stuff a couple of years ago? Idk but, pretty cool place!

Island Heat: We were there a couple of weeks ago, getting our computers looked at. Talen Joyner that works for Geek Squad was amazing!!! Customer service was on point. He was very patient, polite, & knowledgeable.

Maros Blacklisted: What a joke. The employees, the managers, the ordering process. I ordered three 4x6's of my three year old to put on my desk at work. After waiting at the empty photo counter for roughly 15 min for help while two employees stand at an endcap next to me and chat (using language that for anyone else would be highly inappropriate), four employees pass me on their way to the back room, and finally two incompetent managers stop and ask "have yo gotten any help bud?". This al happens while the alarm is going off for help at the photo counter as the overhead sign instructs. Once they get there the two managers shuffle around their photo "lab" for another 10 minutes trying to locate an online order that was completed 30 minutes ago. Once they do find it they ask for a copyright release for the photos because "they look like they may have been taken in a studio", even though there is no watermark of anykind. After indicating that I took them my self they shuffle around for another 10 minutes trying to find a copyright release form for me to sign. I expect the walmart employees to uselss but I also expect someone with a managers nametag to have some form of common sense, as little as it may be. Time for another BBB complaint about walmart I guess.
