Brendan Sims: Can’t believe I pay anything for this internet service. It’s horrible. $60 a month for 1000mbps, don’t get my speed and the internet is ALWAYS in and out. 2/10
Ronda Gamache: My mom is a 75 year old woman that cannot hear. She is having trouble with her bill and wanted me to call. Her internet evidently has been turned off. I called and they need to know the numbers of the card on file. Mom has lost the card. They want to send an email but she doesn't have the internet right now to check email and she doesn't have the cell phone number on file anymore. They will not verify any other way. I asked for a manager and she refused to send me to a manager. They are not senior friendly at all.

Lea Pierce: No stars! They made us switch out our box. The box doesn't work. They had us set up the old one, it didn't work again. Now my TV doesn't even work. Been on the phone with them for over 5 hours. Now. They can't get to her house and till the 4th 5 days we're supposed to go without a TV. Horrible customer service! And this review was made on 5/30

Gustavo Correa: bad fon services nobody can't told me why my fon services stop working and I switch to company because I can make calls, receive and send msgs. and not body in this store can't told me what is wrong with my services I call to the costumer services and they not told me what is wrong. just they going to keep charging for a fons and I can't used. I don't know what is wrong because they not have some body told you the truth.they make me spend more the $400 for get a new services. because his service not work.I have picture and videos of his services not work.they offer free fon when you switch but isn't free. if his services is bad and you cancel they still charging for the fons.if you looking for good fon services look other company's.xfinity mobile not good.

I WORK AS A CONSTRUCTION WORKER AND CALLED BULL! PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH OUTAGES. MANY MANY MANY MANY OUTAGES
Jason Langley: Bout to have my family cancel everything from them, so disappointed with everything they have. Especially their "so called wifi". And they're extremely slow with their customer services, said I would have to wait until Sunday afternoon for my problem to get fixed. Tech support over the phone is non existent due to an automated system that doesn't understand anything I tried to say then it hung up on me!

David Bird: The key here is to make an appointment. I first went in without one, and was told it would be around 30 minutes. I had other errands to run, so I made an appointment for a couple hours later. Upon arrival at the appointed time, I was checked in and, about three minutes later, was greeted by a friendly employee named Heather. I explained my issue, a failing main cable box, and in fewer than five minutes, was on my way with a new one. No muss, no fuss.
Anita Kramer: The customer service reps are nice if you can talk to them. All phone lines make you go to an automates assistant. I spent 26 minutes trying to talk to a representative so they could bury my line. Service is not an option,neither is customer service. It's ridiculous. They also scheduled maintence in my neighborhood with mo warning, cant rent a desk at the office on the same day. I work from home. I've lost 2 days pay due to intermittent internet. Be sure to request they notify you in advance of maintenance. It took 3 months to get my billing straight where I was being charged what I was supposed to. Watch for hidden fees and add ons you didn't order. The service works well, even during storms. People are nice when you get them on the phone. Their automated system is beyond terrible.
Harold Lloyd: Worst experience ever! I just moved here, and went to switch over my phone for two months they still can’t activate my phone to just hook up to their service. The girl in the store told me to call a number instead of helping; spent 7 times trying to just activate a phone. Completely incompetent! Stay away!!

Connor Mesey: One of the worst isp in the United States, I barely get half of the advertised speed and it goes out constantly. If this wasn't my only option I wouldn't use them
Stasia Casselman: Spectrum internet constantly did not run as fast as they said they were going to run. When trying to cancel my account because we switched to AT&T fiber, it took me five different phone calls over three months. They sent multiple late notices in the mail and told me I owed them around $250.00. Finally, they were able to magically cancel it all of a sudden with no issues. Not sure how it was so easy by beginning of December and why they couldn't cancel it out long before! After 3 different managers were on it they graciously took off the owed $250.00. This is company is a last resort company. If you have no other choice then sure it’s better than nothing. Definitely explore other options first though.

Richard Sanders: I placed an order for a filing cabinet on October 8th. After nearly a week of complete radio silence from them, I contacted them to coordinate scheduling for delivery -- something they suggested would be done. After numerous attempts (emails unanswered, phone almost never answered) I finally spoke to an individual that informed me that delivery would take place in the coming days. When I made it clear I needed him to meet me halfway; perhaps a half-day window, I was informed that "a truck was heading in my direction" and such a half-day window was locked in. No delivery took place, and they have not answered -any- of my emails or calls since then. Do not send your money here, you won't get anything.
