John Little: Went for my wife's 29th(5th time she's been 29), all the ladies were great and very friendly. We went early and kind of felt bad that we made them work for just us, but they were very accommodating and wonderful to watch. The DJ was pretty funny and kept things going even for just the two of us. It's a bit pricy for the VIP lounge, but I've not been to one of these clubs in forever so that may be normal. We had a great time. Thanks...we'll be back.

Nate W: The older not so attractive drug addict waitress kept ordering the entire room drinks and trying to force me to pay for them. The moment I refused to pay for drinks that I never ordered I was cussed at and told to leave. I was ordering drinks from the bar not her on a Tuesday night while showering the lovely girls with money. I think her old age was starting to catch up to her. I would've kept throwing cash all night if she hadn't kept trying to rob me.

Saskia Juba: I dragged my husband here for my 50th birthday. We're old, so we went early. They don't open until 630pm, not 6pm. The dancers were friendly. The male bartender was awesome. He bought me a shot of whiskey for my birthday. The doorman from California (Jose?)was the best. No smoking inside, so I got to socialize with him outside for quite a bit. It is, however, a very small club with no chairs at the bar. We had fun, though. Thanks for a memorable 50th birthday!

Angelica Hardy: This was my first time going to a strip club the club was very nice and the girls was good. The only problem I had was with the bouncer it is 21 degree with snow on our car so we are warming our car up and he keep tell us to leave and we are telling him that we are when trying to get the ice off our car now there was other people in our car and he didn't say nothing to them we was a black couple with our white friend trying to enjoy yourself. So I will give them a 1 for security but everything else was fine

chad Nation: I had a BLAST dancer's and staff were all very friendly! I went with my wife and she almost instantly made friends with the dancers, one of which was celebrating her 21st birthday the same night as my wife! Club was nice and there was a security guard posted outside the building watching the parking lot. It was a little bit out of the way for me, but I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone defiantly made my wife's birthday one for the books!

Galloping Grump: A really fun, small club with a relaxed atmosphere and surprisingly good food! My server was friendly and attentive despite being new, my drinks were never dry and my food (try the pork chops!) was brought out fast. The dancers are friendly and laid-back, and do a great job of interacting with customers without being pushy or seeming bored. This is a great place to blow off steam after work, I'll be back!

Ralph Bennett: Unfortunate the lowest I can give is one star!!It must have been “boyfriend day”. Every time a dancer came off stage (after only two songs) they returned to the same table they can from. Even if you tipped them $5, $10 or $20 while they were on stage and told them to come see you after they were finished on stage. No chance, they always returned to the same table with their “boy friends”. I started paying attention and saw no money exchanged. They just sat there and talked. No lap dances or even touching.We had money to spend and NO ONE wanted any. The best experience we had was the waitress. She was awesome. She even offered to tell the dancers we had money to spend and pointed us out to the dancers. Still, NO ONE wanted to earn.This was the WORST experience I have ever had in a gentleman's club. The second worst was at the same club several years ago.I’m pretty positive I won’t be returning to the Shady Lady. It would take a very good explanation as to why I had this experience and a promise that it would not happen again. Since I don’t know anyone involved with the club, I don’t see this happeningMy advice, Bazooka’s Show Girls only 1.8 miles away. I have never had this kind of experience there.

Tae Thompson: Dancers were ok. The waitress running around I guess her feelings were hurt or something. All night the bartender told me my drinks were $21.25. At the end of the night the price jumped up to $25.25 without me knowing. I asked the waitress for the same drink, she told me it's $25.25 to which I replied "oh you must be getting your tips tonight because the bartender told me $21.25 earlier." All while I had $26 held up to her. So she snatched the drink told me to talk to the bartender and walked off. Idk if you're reading this but if I offended I'm sorry.

Adrian Lilleston: This place is great. Everyone is really nice for the people with complaints, I don't know be groomed and be willing to spend money. It's the best gentlemans club in town now.

Onyx “The Sparrow” Tomlin: Went here to apply and they didn't hire me, which is completely fair considering I have 0 experience, but the staff was super helpful and nice! Owner was super helpful (and I was extremely nervous) when I was filling my application out. Unfortunately, he didn't really know where to send me due to me not having experience. Overall I had a great time!

Jennifer Knapp: The place was fun!! The girls are amazing!!! Security is great! Order from the bar, not from the waitress. She charged us $20 for 1 beer. Blonde with glasses. Thinks she’s really cute. We never got our change and tipped her all night. I’m sure she thought we wouldn’t notice. Avoided us the rest of the night while she visited with friends that came in.

HoopMamaAli: CAST is a FANTASTIC addition to the area! We drive up from Lawrence every Thursday evening for the West Coast Class (7pm) and Social Swing Party afterward (8:30-11pm) and it's a blast. I'm newbie, but the instructors are all great (especially Jesse & Ariel) and make everyone feel super welcome and comfortable in class.The DJ and music is always great, their sound system is high quality and the couple that is more often than not, at the door to greet you are super sweet. We've been for Friday Ballroom night, a couple other weekend group classes or intensives and various other events they've had, and always have a great time. The entry/class/social dance party fees are incredibly affordable too. When the bar is open, try the local Cherry sweet wine. (And leave a big tip - it's a non-profit and without our support, this budding biz won't thrive!) You can tell that the small group of founders/owners are really passionate about the arts and what they're wanting to do here. Can't wait to see how they evolve and take some more classes with their incredible in-house teachers. The pros they get to travel from afar to teach are impressive, too!Pop in on a Thursday night soon, and after 8:30, even just to watch for a few minutes - you won'tbe sorry! It's usually really well-attended, the dance floor busy with dancing (the space/floor is HUGE, by the way!), a bit dark, there's louder music playing and some dj lighting going on sometimes as well....With all of this happening, no one will even notice you hanging out to check out the vibe, anyway!

Marcus Hammond: This non-profit is amazing. They provide such diverse arts education and opportunities for Johnson County and the surrounding areas. I love West Coast swing nights but they offer yoga, ballroom dance, acting, karaoke…so much to participate in. And you’ll feel like your a part of a supportive arts community on your first day.

Misty Gaito: The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Also the dance instructors here are amazing! They offer a wide variety of classes throughout the week and have a super fun social dance on Friday nights! You can't go wrong coming here!

M Johnson: I recently visited C.A.S.T Cabaret Arts and Social Theater for their Boutique Bridal Showcase event. What a talented and welcoming group of people! The venue is spacious and beautiful, and Hannah and her colleagues were very professional and helpful. You can tell that they all love what they do.The venue was easy to travel to and in a convenient area. The Boutique Bridal Showcase was well planned and enjoyed by many. I would definitely recommend C.A.S.T. as a venue or for dance lessons.
