Garnae Arrington: This area services Independence busses and the KCATA 24 bus that run M-Sat during the day. The 16 bus runs early morning and late afternoon and is an express which stops at the Metro Transit Center.
Rita Rainey: Its okay but the bus system in Independence has an issue with the buses being on time in the evening to meet up with each other. The drivers are quick to excuse their lack of timeliness on the traffic

John F: Independence center is a decent place to shop if you are looking for some popular retail stores with several others nearby. It has been there for a very long time and I feel that they have done good upkeep on it overall. The mall is fully-enclosed, which makes it comfortable to walk around in any weather. It might be a good option for elderly folks who want to get some exercise and browse some stores. However, I am cautious to recommend it for kids and young families, as the area is not very safe or kid-friendly. There are not many fun attractions or activities for children, and the mall is located around high-crime neighborhoods. I have heard of several incidents of theft, vandalism, and violence in and around the mall. I think there are safer places to go with your family if you want to have fun and feel secure.
Domarsha Martin-Forte: It was my sister's bday. So, her friends and I went shopping to find something to wear for later that night. We all came out with and outfit and shoes to match.

Rensheil Bickford: What an amazing layout for a mall! 10/10 recommend to hang out. They have an arcade, small food court, climbing fun zone, multiple stores.Not the biggest mall but unique and just a place to chill for an hour or 2.

Joanie Lea: I love to visit the Magic Massage inside of Independence Center! They give amazing foot massages using Reflexology and they are very reasonably priced!!!!!!
paul uptergrove: This place has gone down hill over the years but wow has it got bad just the feeling when you walk in is a dreadful one not even because your going to spend and arm and leg on everything in there but just the feel of the mall is a feeling of dread and despair I avoid it and recommend doing so honestly I don't like giving bad reviews but when it's Everytime I go and keeps getting worse there's a problem

Justin Shockey: Two times in a row I’ve visited this mall and there were grown men walking around the mall with ski masks/ facial coverings, gloves and empty holsters accompanied by various other tactical gear. Seems a lot like Bannister mall or blue ridge mall right before they closed. Keep this garbage out and people that actually spend money will come back.
