Neil S: Extremely inappropriate and aggressive driving from the driver driving charter bus 1603 on the afternoon of 6/12. License plate 187155. For a bus that size, the way he drove could have killed someone. Speeding, cutting drivers off, tailgating.. Not a good representation of the company. I have submitted dash cam footage of his driving to the department of transportation.
Joseph Altice: Working as a Motorcoach Operator is one of the most personally rewarding jobs I have had in years. The learning structure for new drivers is such that Arrow sets it’s team up for success. All of the drivers have the same sense of helpfulness for each new hire. I would say this company is one of few places that the personal growth is just a good as the pay is.

Charles Buck: Dispatch, sales, and admin are all helpful and great to work with.I really appreciate the mechanics - Matt (both of them) and Dan are knowledgeable and ready to help. It makes it much easier when something's not working right.
Matthew “Tink” Schrock: A good friend of mine works here cleaning the buses and I'm here to tell you right now these buses are amazing!! They're so comfortable, you have more than enough leg room.... It's nowhere near like the Greyhound that I rode years and years ago.. These things also have Wi-Fi and everything so you can charge your phone and browse the internet while you're traveling, or if you need to plug in your laptop and you're good to go. There's TV screen's already built into some of the busses and it'll come with a driver and everything. I would definitely recommend Arrow Stage Lines for any kind of traveling needs

Calvin Marshall: I've worked at arrow stage lines for 4 years now. From day one during my training I knew that this was a place that demanded a certain standard from its employees. And that is the highest standard. This honestly is the first and only job I've ever had that I've been proud and honored to say I work at. And it is a unspoken rule that employees know to treat other employees with respect. This is truly a family. The owner is Luke Bosco. And he will take the time to talk to any of his employees from the ceo down to a bus cleaner. He not only will listen he will deal with a situation that you might have. To me that is amazing. If there is any other owner of a large company as arrow that will do the same I have not heard of it. Great place to work! Great family to be a part of!

Belinda Hein: 100 teenagers stranded 14 hours from home in the middle of the night on the side of the road. It takes three plus hours to get a mechanic there only to be unable to fix then several more hours to get a replacement bus there (that should’ve been in the works hours sooner). Safety is the number one issue, but after that, I don’t know if Arrow or the travel company should be responsible for refunding all the kids the day they will now miss at Universal Studios, but someone should. I, personally, will never use Arrow or send my kid on Arrow again (or use Music Travel either for that matter).
Rosesca Blankenship: I would love to give a huge THANK YOU to Katherine and the cleaning staff! I was on your bus for the Melissa Etheridge Hometown tour on Monday. When I got off the bus I realized I left my phone in the seat. I called at 5:15 and left a message. Katherine was on it and she notified the cleaning crew. I was there first thing in the morning and she came out with my phone! Thank you for amazing and honest employees. FIVE STARS ⭐️
Linda Cason: Great driver beautiful bus safe trip!
James Stephens: The driver stopped several times when it wasn’t even a stop that was scheduled. He hit the brakes way too hard when slowing down and didn’t announce stops. This is my first time riding a bus and I’m not impressed at all. I’d rather spend the extra money and just fly. Driver also kept looking down at the paper in his lap and hit the rumble strip several times.

Bob Morgan: My wife and I took. the 2 day tour to Pella, Iowa. It was top notch all the way. Janet, the tour director had everything under control. Bob, the driver, made turns in heavy traffic with that bus that you would swear could not be made without putting paint smears down the side of the bus. That was our first bus tour with anyone and Kincaid certainly did a great job.
