Talaya James: Slow, not prepared, don't mind wasting your time, on personal phones
Jennifer Finical: This bank is the worst. I pull up as a commercial customer and the teller currently (I am literally in their drive thru) can’t be bothered to get on the mic and say hello, look up, acknowledge me, NOTHING. He walks aimlessly about and obviously hates his job. I am going to drive further away just to go to US bank on Noland. I have been sitting here at the window for 20 minutes without the slightest acknowledgment. Also they have been without rolled coin for almost 2 weeks, but I know that’s not their own fault. It’s just hard to explain that to our retail customers.
James Pennington: I recently had to call the branch manager, Josh, regarding an alarming call I got from his branch. He was extremely condescending and far from helpful.
Shawn C: The ATM machine has been "temporarily" out of service for over a month now and there'sonly one of them. Makes the branch look like a joke company that can't afford to fix equipment.
Andrea Alsup: Waiting in the line in the lobby on Saturday morning only one bank teller working. Five people ahead of me. The wait times at this location is absurd.
Brooke Peer: Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I cashed in some savings bonds for my great grandmother to help pay for her nursing home care (as her power of attorney). I was then sent a 1099 in MY name (though they were hers and put into her bank account for her care). I was then told to fix the problem THEY caused I would need to take her out of the nursing home and bring her in to sign. She has Alzheimer’s and is completely mentally incapacitated. Joshua Lindsey (bank manager) did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable since this was the banks fault. Do not bank here.Editing to update: once I threatened to file a formal complaint with the bank - the manager was suddenly able to fix my problem. Will still be changing banks.
Alex Duey: If this was the only usbank by my house I would immediately switch banks. They take 10+ minutes to get to you in the drive through even if nobody is in line, this has happened multiple occasions back to back. And everyone seems clueless and rude. They sent a reflection of the entire franchise just a reflection of poor management or bad hiring.

Jason Hammond: Have to drive to the blue springs mo locations because I can't use the atm cause it's either down or out of cash. Just take the atm out of the location if it's never going to work.
Logan Davis: I've always had a pleasant experience at this location! Today was special however...At approx. 10:20 I went through the drive through with my co-piolet Roscoe (dog) to deposit a check. I've never used the drive through before so wasn't sure on procedure. I was met with a friendly face (please excuse me for not getting your name!). Business as usual. What I did not expect however - upon receiving my receipt in the sliding window box drawer thing there was a dog treat!!I rescued Mr. Roscoe one week ago. He came from a kill shelter down in Texas and was weeks away from being culled. Having a forever home is new to him along with all the perks of my undivided attention. Neither of us expected a treat at our bank.Thank you so very much for the kindness and customer service. Ed Hembree: Well looks like US Bank just pushed me right out the door. They just told me, I have to keep $1000 in my account in order to waive my service charge. It use to be a $100. I been with them 4.5 years, I'm not going to be bullied this way. I will be leaving as soon as I start another account at another bank.
Katelynn Davis: Jennifer is my favorite teller to go to. This branch in general is phenomenal from customer service to giving me the best information and help. This is by far my favorite branch to go to and why I have stuck with us bank for so long. Thank you so much again!!
Erik Bodin: I have been using this branch for years and am not sure why I haven't left a review yet. This branch is amazing, they remember who you are and greet you by name each time. The staff really makes you feel at home. I definitely recommend this branch over others in the area. Keep up the good work guys.

riggsparty5: I was told false information when switching over my account to a different type of account. This action led to multiple overdraft fees. When I went in to talk to the banker about it, she was extremely rude and very dismissive. It’s obvious that banks make a lot of money charging these overpriced fees to people who are working paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet and it’s such a scam and a rip off. It’s even worse when these people are rude to your face without any empathy or customer service skills at all.I’m going in the morning when they open to close out my account.
R W: The manager at the Independence location is very rude. I will be switching banks asap.
Mike Coppoc: At this point, it is silly to close your business because of covid, however I found that although they don't want customers coming to the branch there is an online scheduler. Of course somehow every appointment for the next four weeks is booked? How does that even make sense? I need three accounts for my business. I need branches in Missouri, New Mexico, and Nevada. Bank of the West has them where I need them, but if they never want to see customers... not sure how the expect us to open accounts.
Junk Mafia: Bank of the west is my go to bank for my personal and business dealings I am very impressed with their customer service and how they treat you.

Gigi Holmes: The one star is for the security guard ( an older woman) at the Noland Road location. She is rude. I came in the bank with my jacket on and my hood was covering my hair. Instead of asking me nicely if I could please put my hood down in the bank, she instead wave her finger back and forth and said uh uh, put that hood down. I'm not a kid,lady. Learn the correct & respectful way to talk to bank customers. If she can train to be a security guard at her age, train how you talk to people too.

R: Always polite, professional and efficient. Note: Drive-through only, lobby is closed. But still able to offer most services. The tellers at the drive-through are great. Been an Arvest customer for nearly 20 years and am very pleased. No matter what branch I've gone to, the people are polite and customer service is top-notch!

MarLa S.: I learned of this bank when I received a mortgage loan in 2012 and it was so effortless. No issues. I sold my home this year. I've had an checking account with this bank since 2017. Awesome customer service at this location! Everyone greets you with a smile and acts as if they've known you forever. They often call you by your name and are super friendly. I love this location because they are ALWAYS eager to help, even when an issue arises, they stay professional, polite, and offer options of assistance.
Josh Leonard: I would seriously give negative stars if I could......I want to tell people to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER BANK since these people have treated me with huge disrespect that I will do anything I can do to keep people from using them. They took and deposited a check into my account then they tried to say it was a bad check and locked my account but come to find out I got a letter telling me they were closing my account because of suspicious activity.They were treating me like a criminal and basically weren't even apologizing ever and I wasn't doing anything wrong. They closed my account without warning.

Krista Manbeck: Worst bank ever. Just opened an account. Had to ask for everything in store they did not make me feel welcome by any means, got no paperwork nothing. Before I opened this account I asked specific questions and asked many many times if they were positive . MULTIPLE people said what I needed to hear. Fast forward I go to pull money out and cant . They had placed a hold on my check after I specifically asked them multiple times if any type of hold would be placed on my check. They said no. That is false and now I cannot access my money. Only giving them two stars because a few of them did try to help. Also anytime you call into customer service expect to be waiting 15-20 minutes just to get to a representative .Horrible horrible customer service full of people who lie and then the company is not willing to fix it .After they stop holding my money hostage I will be closing my account and making it a goal to let everyone know how horrible this company is
Sylvia Wightman: I have banked with this branch for years. I don't do a lot of banking through this account, yet I've encountered problems with their ATM more than once. Just a few days ago, I deposited cash into the ATM and the machine encountered an error. It took my cash, but didn't credit it to my account; instead, it printed a slip indicating I would need to contact the financial institution. I had to file a dispute in an attempt to recover my funds. Arvest issued a provisional credit, but the matter remains unresolved. It looks like they stole $180 from me, all thanks to their faulty ATM. Don't let Arvest steal from you too; bank elsewhere.
