Joslins Jewelry: The staff here is amazingly knowledgable with fantastic customer service. I came in and found a ball after doing a bit of research. After sizing my fingers and where the holes needed to be drilled, I was told it would be about 30 minutes for the completed product. About 15 minutes later the ball was ready. juanmiguel serrano: I came in to throw my money at these guys, but instead they offered advice and expertise. I'm an experienced bowler returning from a 10 year hiatus and wanted all new gear. I was setup with a new ball that was expertly fitted and drilled and sent to restart my bowling journey. Even better is that every time I came in, the store had families shopping and was much more inviting than some of the dingy (yet beloved) pro shops found in bowling alleys. craig “Kracker” wilson: Happen to be in town for a softball tournament and had a few hours to spare between games. We went to shop for a new ball for my wife. When we got there there was a couple already being helped. James still greeted us and made us feel welcome without compromising the others needs. As a third couple came in he still greeted them and helped us all without making us feel any less important as the others. He did two balls for the first couple with accessories and they were out in no time. My wife purchased a ball. James fitted her hand and drilled it for her in less than 15 minutes, and he asked many questions and was very knowledgeable. Her ball fits perfectly. We will be making the trip from Sedalia Missouri for ALL of our pro shop needs to shop here for now on. Exceptional service period!

Got my older ball cleaned and refinished, and it makes a world of difference. We were even able to score a trampoline during the pandemic while all other stores were out of stock.
