Micael: Have preferred shopping here for gardening and houseplant supplies since moving to Blue Springs a few years ago. Proximity was right, staff have been alright, and plenty of plants during growing season. Stopped in here at the end of the season for potting soil and there was an older man working. Without warning, he launched into a tirade about abortion and “killing little babies.” It was so unexpected and bizarre that my spouse and I just looked at each other like, “Is this really happening?” Regardless of where you stand on the issue, the professionalism was severely lacking. I’m just trying to buy potting soil, man. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Bryson Cresswell: Went in to get some bulk rock and brought some rock with me to compare with what they had. I talked to one employee telling them what I was doing and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I went to the front to pay for a couple of tons and an older gentleman started yelling at me for taking rock from them and was cursing at me. Very inappropriate and unprofessional, when it was my rock that I brought. Will never go back to this establishment and would not recommend this place at all.

Yvonne took us all around the facility giving us options and describing the size and care of different plants. She spent over 30 minutes giving us personal attention. We took her suggestions, added our own ideas, and came up with a design we're really harpy with. Pricing was reasonable too.

Staff is extremely rude and one lady actually rolled her eyes at us. I have many years experience with home gardening and was talked to like I was toddler. First Street Software.: A little pricey compared to the big box places. But always a better variety, and the plants themselves are always great. There is actually staff that knows the products as well. They actually have enough staff, that makes a big difference when you need help. 😁

Linda Harris: I bought some pots. I tried to return and was told that I had to have the receipt. I put the pots on my credit card. They were not going to give me my money back, only store credit. They could tell the pots were theirs. Why make me produce a receipt if all I am getting is a store credit???? I came home and was lucky I did find my receipt. I just thought it was poor customer service.

Paula Stevens: A memorial Day weekend I called at night and spoke with Ron about a lawn mower and items on sale for the lawn and he was so nice and went through everything for me. he told me to come in real early and I did and Mark was there and he helped me I told him everything wrong said and that he wouldn't be there but you know Mark or a couple other gentleman he named would be so just tell him everything. When everything didn't really go the way Ron said Mark went and spoke with someone and he got my order filled the way it was supposed to be and he helped me not only with that but also with plants and just all kinds of things and was very informative and helpful and I couldn't have appreciate it a sales representative any better than that I'm not sure if I've ever had one as good as this young man was because not only was the knowledgeable he cared.

Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.
