Kevin Bednar, the business manager was very transparent when it was time to pay for the vehicle. Painless... Marco Balderrama went over the new vehicle with my wife to make sure she was comfortable with the controls and that she understood how to operate the vehicle (Kyle was on vacation). James Cook: The actual oil change experience was great. However the person involved with vehicle prep (wash, vacuum) was awful. I had to take my car to get washed after the service appointment. The car had missed spots and the windows were not cleaned. I would expect more from BMW since they are selling cars with a huge price point.
