Octapharma Plasma: what do users think?
Tidy Dillard: Very nice and polite keep up the good work
Travis BOWMAN: Good experience but I think that the nurse who poked me was doing overtime. Because she had me wait longer after I was done. More than any other donation combined
Matthew Mccarty: Very fast donation process
Keena Marshall: Great Employee’s! Safe and Quick work.Octapharma could pay more for donations inflation today makes it not worth the time
Deon Smith: they’re a good team made it quick and easy for me
Wanda Bigler: I love this center but staffing is a struggle bus in the morning.
Shane A: Think they need more staff and they would be awesome.
Sakeithia Sheppard: I was so upset so I came in thinking I was getting a certain amount because the app had a larger amount I left with a smaller amount then I was told I can’t go off the app
might Guy: This place is a death trap my 3rd time here and something always happens first time my "vain" was to small but I been donating for years second time my arm bruised completely to the point it looks like I was in a bad accident! And made me couldn't donate for 3 whole weeks. And now as we speak my 3rd the machine acting weird but it's because what I ate. Every time something happens there's excuse. Come at your own risk. I feel like eventually somebody's going to get hurt here.
Melissa Browne: It's always a good thing to have different options when it comes to donating life-saving plasma.
victoria hopkins: Clean and very friendly service.
Kayce Long: Speedy but precise and caring
Jason Smith: Great place to go. Pay is much better
Dray Moss: Fast. pays great. In and out. Great staff.
Kris Bever: Great place to donate 👍
Patricia James: They need more staff. Sometimes they can't open at 7am because they have nobody there
Rikiya Terrell: It's an ok experience but the new donor fees are way less than they were for the first time I went four years ago..it's gotten worse
Denise Brock: I always have issues while at the screening booth trying to donate and can't donate and I travel a long distance need better screening options and should be donors option to donate no matter what
Michael Williams: Can be very slow due to short staffing
Deloris Hicklin: The place is clean and people are friendly with smiles on their faces. Once vitals are done, there are chairs in the waiting area versus other plasmas places. They also have tv to watch. I appreciate the fact that they listened the last time about the paper towels in the bathrooms. But now can you guys make sure that it stays stocked? I do know and understand that you get busy and its hard to do everything especially when short staffed, but as someone who wears digital hearing aids in both ears, the automatic hand dryers are way to loud and sensitive. Thank you
Anthony Bulk: Arrived at 9, still waiting a 12. Out of all the plasma centers in the area this one stands out as the least efficient. If you value your time this is not the place for you

BioLife Plasma Services: what do users think?
Jynx Woodcock: 8 donations, 8 great experiences. Thank you.
Ken Yalickmasac: Everyone understands but no one can do anything about it! Such a bad experience.
Jessica Griffin: Biolife Independence is clean, quick and the workers are friendly.
James dean Ford: New donor's get all the big money returning donor's don't get squat
Cali Dodson: Jasmine was great and took care of me and all my needs. Great place to donate and help people
Andrew Boyce: Do not attempt to go if you have had a surgery in the last six months. I went through all of the questions and took two hours to be denied. I wouldn’t be upset if they would’ve asked about surgery at the beginning or had the info posted online.
Kimberly Wilson: Worst experience ever. I definitely will be needing to speak with someone in corporate office.
Patricia Baeza: the people who work are very nice but they are understaffed to run this place. they have a lot of beds but at least 24 of them are not used because of the staff
Symphony Gbandi: Nurses were very friendly and that's the only perk. It's close to impossible to schedule an appointment on the app and I've called a grand total of 14 time (twice a day for a week) and they literallynever answer the phone, the older, fat burnette woman that does pretesting up front is rude as hell.Promotions end in 30 days so you need to donate twice a week every week to actually get the money promised yet again, they make it next to impossible for you to schedule and the next closest center is 30 mins away making it not worth the drive.
Karen Wellborn: This place is a joke...if you're driving any distance at all to get here DON'T GO...my daughter had an appointment....even showed them the email she had and was informed that those are sometimes just computer generated....COMPUTER GENERATED FOR BLOOD DONATION APPOINTMENTS?!?!? So she's out that gas money! Total joke of a place!
Jay Hamrick: Very slow. Never has enough staff to facilitate proper customer "donor" satisfaction.
Scott Coryell: What's the point of an appointment when they don't get a needle in your arm for an hour and a half. Once you are thru the check in line you have to noe wait in line for a bed. Overbooked or understaffed or both.
Julian Hernandez: My first time here in this lady wanted a stereotyping because she didn't want to do her job I wasting my time coming up here then I will not refer none of my friends 😔😭
Michael Ramirez: 5 stars only because of Tabby , she's great... She helped me when I was having problems donating, I was in a lot of pain and she immediately came to aid when I raised my hand. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. 10/10
Shelly Phinney: Staff are super friendly and when they are short-staffed they dig in as a team to get work done. The place runs like clock work and I recommend it to others.
Christina Robinson: First, I’d like to start off by saying I’m a TS for the hub and spoke concept in Iowa. I donated tonight and Tiffany in MH nailed her talking points and followed the MH SOP! Way to go Tiffany! Christian stuck me in phlebotomy very personal and really talked me through the process since we use XI I was fascinated by the Nexis machines. Great work!
Josh Evans Jr: Jasmine A-1 sauce her smile in the way she stabbs you makes the experience wonderful 💕
Scott Overfield: Super nice staff, but seems like an inefficient work flow. The company favors new donors over returning donors, constantly over books, and there is no sense of urgency to get donors through the line. They tell you to expect about an hour wait, but you should really make time for 3-4 hours during the middle of the day. Makes me what to quit coming but I cannot afford to. And of course it won’t change because the company knows poor people need money and will wait if they have to.
Andrew duke: 2 hours later they took my pulse wrong three time and turned me away because of malfunctioning equipment. Slowest plasma place you will go to been here 8 times 3 of those they penetrated my arm and bruised badly and 2 their malfunctioning equipment stopped me from donating. Not to mention because of their mistake they differed me and ran out the clock on my money conveniently.
Britishia Ramsey: Used to be my favorite place. Been coming for like 6 months straight now. Walked in today answered my questions then went to the restroom real fast. Grabbed my AirPods out my car that was literally the first spot in front of the building took me all of 20 seconds to get them. As I’m walking in to get my vitals taken the lady stopped me and said I’ll be deferred for grabbing my AirPods because that’s a rule to not walk out for less than 30 seconds and come back in. As if I was supposed to know this. The kicker is I drove from Olathe. And it was inconsiderate and super rude. That rule isn’t posted ANYWHERE. And if I was aware I wouldn’t have walked out. Plus she didn’t catch me before I walked out but had the nerve to say something right when i came back in. She even saw me go to the car less than a minute. I’m super upset how the situation was handled.
Amanda Davies: I drove 30 minutes to get here, inform them I had psoriasis from the beginning. Which is not bad at all there's no open source and I just have a little flaky skin on my elbows which I put lotion on and you couldn't even really see it but I was forthright about it. Because of this they denied me after 2 hours of invasive questioning, needle pokes, waiting, not to mention I used all my gas to come here. At the very end of all this process they told me I'm not eligible to donate cuz I need a doctor's note to release me to donate plasma because of my psoriasis. I don't have a doctor that helps me with anything because I don't take medicine for it cuz it's not bad at all and I just got insurance so I don't have a family practitioner because it's going to take months to get one. This is ridiculous and I've never heard of this before I've donated before and never had any issues elsewhere. I came here expecting it to be professional, convenient, and profitable. However it was everything about that. I was already in a bad situation hence the need to donate plasma to geat money. Now I'm in a worst position than I was to begin with. I came here with the expectation to leave with money in my pocket because I read all the requirements and talk to people to make sure I would have all my bases covered. I came here with hopes and expectations because I was referred by a friend. Now I'm sitting on empty and stranded in Independence Missouri. All over some dry skin on my elbows which was not even visible.

Biomat USA: what do users think?
David Knutter: Great place to donate
Samantha Freeman: Biomat is my favorite plasma center in the area! Theyre clean, friendly and knowledgeable. Im always in and out in a decent time. Theyre great!
Marshanna Pledger Bowens: The best service I could receive from a donation center. They actually take their time with doing their jobs and try to be as efficient as possible when handling you. 10 out of 10 would recommend 😊
SpokenPoet 50: Ive personally never had any issues with anyone there. The people that ive met are very nice and friendly. I would just hope that some of the patrons use better hygiene practices.😣
Richard Rimmer: The staff is always fun and professional.
Bryson Milnes: Quick and easy process staff are nice and know exactly what they're doing
Lindon Spencer: Great place with great people
Angela Winchester: Sometimes to slow, I think that is more of a staffing issue, but overall pretty great people and a fun environment more often than not. More talent here than Biolife in Liberty for sure! Keep up the good work.
Anndrea Wingate: I’ll start by saying the lady at the front desk was very helpful. But the staff member DAVAUNTE is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional he needs to be fired asap for someone that has gotta so many complaints I don’t see how he still working there he by far made my first time experience there the worst I won’t ever be going back
Michael Braden: Great staff I enjoy this place...
D'Rell Rolf: Love it
Jamie Allen: the staff are the best!!!
Clayton Keizer: Absolutely awesome plasma place, most friendly staff of any other center in the metro!
Kaytee: Without a doubt the worst plasma place me and my family have donated at. The 2 woman “managers” or “leads” are the most disrespectful people I have EVER spoken with. They will do anything to keep from giving their referrals and new donation bonuses. There are workers there who have blown my brother in laws vein, they poked all the way through my sister in laws vein, and they genuinely are not educated nearly enough to work in a facility like this. Biolife or octapharma are WAY better.
josh keever: Great service Alyssa, Chelsie great phlebotomist. Top service everytime I come .I love how chill it is here always good laughs while I donate
Eva Smith: Love it here
james vick: Enjoy this place
Danielle Baird: I'm coming here for years and regardless of name change I've never been disappointed the staff is really what to come for they are open and caring
Joey Bloom: Friendly staff that makes sure you are taken care of
Anthony Elder: Only draw back is the wifi doesn't work on my phone sometimes.
Tammie Macklin: Love the staff!!

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Elizabeth Redd: My first experience donating plasma at this location was a very positive one. It was busy, but staff is very professional and I was treated like a VIP! I will be returning.
Bobby V: Security harassed me and on duty mgr would not listen to my explanation of what happened. Discrimination and harassment of loyal donor that also refers first time donors and is driver of a car pool making sure donations are made and donors are compensated.
G M: ###True team work greatest group ever!!!
Courtney Davis: They slow in the back its like gym class as much as they be bsing back there I hate this place
Stephanie Dale: Everybody is super nice and knowledgeable. They are always ready to answer questions. I used to donate a while back at another plasma center where they were rude, and the wait times were super long. There are times when the wait time is a little long, but not as bad as other plasma centers. I'm glad I made the switch.
Allison Mayer: Will not be returning after my new donor bonus runs out since you all can’t seem to take a temperature correctly. The machine was literally struggling to even pull a temperature, and I had to pull the thermometer out of my mouth because there was a hair stuck to it and they still turned me away because it came back at 94.9 at that point and you all should have just re-took the temperature because this was yalls screw up, but instead, I get turned away, so I will not be returning, because nothing irritates me more than wasting my time. Read took my temperature in the car 98.6 imagine that.
Amn Storey: Great staff
Ericka: They are very friendly, quick and efficient here.
Camia Stanton: Fast and easy, come on down.
Abigail Perez: Employees/staff always friendly& efficient.
Ciara Hardridge: They’re always nice and it’s always clean.
Tony Castro: The staff was friendly and very helpful ... People are great to talk to while you wait recommend this place.
Cory Emery: Good service
SeaSaltHearts: Has the most amazing staff, nearly no pain other than the finger stick no matter the person I get! Will continue to go here from now on 🙂🙂
Nyawsh Yacood: Fast , friendly staff , also very clean‼️
J.D. McCarty: It’s a surprisingly good way to get extra money. Staff always seems very professional. If you time visits when they are not busy it can be quite timely.
DaBa Skeem: Great experience every time.
Jeromy B: I meant to go back to my old plasma center after the first months bonus pay was over... That was a year and a half ago... I stayed because they're quick, clean, and I trust in their professionalism.
Richard lara: Wonderful staff
ARZ: Always pleasant staff
hollee tebbenkamp: Great staff, quick and easy.
