(She's saluting with the wrong hand though). The sign is on 1/8 masonite and the front is full color and gloss sealed, very nice quality reproduction (Amazon has them on metal for $9). Nice donation.

I went in to have a couple of signs made for work and he was able to do them right then and there. The owner is a busy guy who travels to locations to work on signs. Sometimes you have to call his cell and set up a time to meet him. He is easy to get a hold of and willing to meet up if you call ahead. Great place to do business.

Debbie Pruett: Half Price Banners took over InSight Printing and the quality and service is non existent. Ordered flags they charged my card the minute I placed the order. The web site states production time is 3 to 4 days if proof is approved before 1pm. I approve my proof at 11am. On the forth day I called to find out when I was going to get my flags. They called me back and told me I could pick up at 8am the following morning. I was at their location at 8:15am. Called the number to let them know I was there to pick up order. No answer and the machine stated that they don't open till 8:30am and to leave a message. Left a message called again at 8:35am and no answer either. Walked in their front door to get my flags and they only had 2 finished. I'm trying to run a business and this company will not answer their phones, return calls, or give you any information as to the status of your order. It took them 6 days where their web site states only 3 to 4 days to complete an order. I had to go to there location and complain or who knows how long it would of taken. When I finally receive the flags the carrying bag they come in is a joke. On 2 of the 4 the zipper was broken and I showed this to the employee and he walked out. Beware if you choose to use Half Price Banners.

I do my own designs so I can't speak to any design services they offer, but every banner has been made right the first time, shipped quickly, and for less than half of what local shops want to charge.

Raised Outdoors Arkansas: Ordered an outdoor banner with our channel Logo. Price was way better than anywhere else, clearer than the photo uploaded and received it quickly! I’ll be ordering from here anytime we need a banner!

Mindy Nelson: UPDATE:I received a phone call from the company asking about my Google Review and had a good conversation where they took responsibility for everything I stated below. The ownership recently changed hands and they were working through that transition. They were willing to refund my money, overnight ship the banners (it was too late at that point since I had already had to get new banners locally), and gave me a store credit for the exact same amount for the future. I received the refund and the store credit was applied to my account. I am a big believer in second chances, as well as their quality products, great customer service, and competitive pricing I have experienced in the past, so I will be returning to Half Price Banners in the future. I am still a little concerned that there is no shipping info on their website still, but hoping that they will get that on there shortly. So because they were willing to completely make it right, but do have some adjustments to make still, I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 4.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company must have been bought out recently because it used to be amazing and is terrible now. I ordered around 3 times a year for the last 3 years. The last order has not been shipped and it has been 16 days since I ordered it. I used to get my banners in about 1 week at the longest from order date. When I contacted them through email on day 14 after the order wondering what was taking so long, they said that they would just now print and ship it and let me know when it shipped with a tracking code. I emailed back that I use these banners for publicity for an event and every day I don't have them is less days for my to publicize and that I needed it shipped ASAP or could they cancel/refund my order so I could get it printed locally. Two days later, and they have not returned either of my two emails or phone message, they don't answer the phone, have not refunded me and have not emailed a confirmation saying it has shipped/tracking number. I am sad because it was a great company to work with and have always been able to talk to the employees on the phone/email and get quick responses in the past three years. Now I am left with no info or banners, and my only recourse is to dispute the charge. They even changed their website so NO shipping info is on there anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Emilia Hardin: I have done business with Insight for years with no complaints. They had always fixed any errors, responded to all my emails. Over the last couple of months, I have moved most of my business, even repeat orders.Their customer service, either does not know what is going on when you call or they do not understand me. I am not really sure. They say to email them for faster service but I emailed 4 times over an order that I needed and no response until after the due date of the order. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor on 2 different occasions and here we are a week later and nothing. There is way too much competition out there to deal with horrible customer service.

Landi Friemel: I am a photographer, I ordered the banner for graduation 1.5 weeks before graduation. It never came. Got online to check, there was an email that said proof it, there was no notice or pop ups saying you would have to proof it. I sent a chat, no response, I sent emails asking where my order was at, no response. I called the Tuesday after graduation occurred, they had just now sent it to production. I cancelled my order and am getting my money back. I won't use a company that isn't prompt and cannot communicate. Cannot recommend.

Manda Rosen: My first and last experience with this company was ordering banners to donate for my son’s track team.If you are an experienced buyer who f this product you’re probably fine. But if you’re inexperienced, as I was, buyer beware.The information about color matching is an afterthought in the bottom of the footer.So while my file and proof showed navy blue I received royal blue banners. When I chatted and called customer service to see if I could get them replaced they said that because I didn’t select the $50 color match option (which I didn’t even know was an option because I didn’t read close enough) there was nothing they would do.So their 100% guarantee is false advertising because they will only guarantee if you jump through hoops they don’t make clear.

Caroline Bustin: I reached out to HPB to print 25 small banners for an organization. When I received them, the color turned out quite different than the color I was expecting (a specific color for the organization). I reached out to customer service, and they immediately set about making it right. They shipped the corrected banners as soon as possible. However, UPS lost these in transit. They worked with me to file a claim with UPS and are currently in the process of printing the banners again, to fulfill my order. They've been wonderful to work with, and their quality and customer service are top notch.

Art & Glass: I shopped around and they were indeed the most budget friendly. Also, their design template was a little better than other sites. I ordered the thinner vinyl for an outdoor banner (very temporary) and it's plenty durable.
