Not only did they text me pics of the balloons they were going to use before fulfilling my order, but they also texted me a pic of the balloons alongside the larger house setup upon delivery. I imagine they can't promise to always be THIS responsive (I live out of town and this was a same-day order) but it was an easy and positive experience from my end. The balloons looked awesome, too.
