Sarah Sandgren Fizer: If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a confirmed appointment (I called the day prior to confirm and get an estimated pick up time). I arranged transportation from the shop and arrived on time to find no one at the shop. Waited 30 minutes and called multiple times. I still have had no response from Absolute Upholstery.
James Cross: I had set an appointment to do business with this gentleman, drove 45 minutes one way to get there and with no notice, he was a no show.I had both a truck and a boat that needed quite a bit of work. I had to set aside time and make arrangements with family to make it there. He lost up $5k in business as a result. If you are looking for reliability and someone that keeps their word, you might want to look elsewhere.

Scott Huffman: They were very busy due to seasonal boat work and the repair I needed was minor. I ended up pulling my classic car bench seat and walking it into them. They were able to get to it in a reasonable time frame and they did a fantastic job. Sometimes you need to be patient when people are slammed. They won me over as a customer for sure. I can tell they do great work.

Brett D: I had brought in a set of Katzkin covers to have done on my pickup while my truck was in the body shop- gave him a few week window and agreed we would bring 3 seats in, and drivers in the following week. We agree on pickup date- arrive onsite and we start loading seats in the truck only to find they never started the other seat. I ask why and he starts complaining about my seats taking up room in the shop and flipping the entire sitsuation to be my fault- when I politely tell him to forget it I’ll do the last seat myself- the guy threw what I could consider a 3 year old temper tantrum and he begins to throw my factory seat skins into his shop driveway- yelling and screaming. I’m just floored- whatever- ended up finishing the driver seat myself and it turned out great- not to mention I ended up having to steam all the seats myself. Would never reccomend this guy. Ended up finding someone else to finish the trucks interior for SEMA-

Phyllis: Absolutely unreliable. Had 3 meetings set up and he did not show for any of them.And he didn't even have the courtesy to call.NOT someone I want to do business with.

Margaret Smith: They replaced my headliner and its lumpy now. They also did not clean up the old headliner foam debris, from the mess they made. To add insult, they argued with me about a little grass on the driver's door mat, saying it looked like I probably had not cleaned up the old foam debris before I brought it in. But I had cleaned it entirely in the front, and still had a small amount in the back left due to the hanging headliner in back.I know it was only $430 to replace the headliner for a small 2 door Civic, but I thought this place sounded like they would do a quality job done.I'm getting my car repainted next week. I guess they thought it was not worth a good job because it needs repainted. I was calm, but am actually pretty frustrated. I really hope my new headliner does not fall down.Service:Upholstery repair

I came in May, 2022, and I needed my '92 Camaro's ENTIRE convertible top replaced. They had my car for literally 1 1/2 days, and it looked beyond recognition. I legit walked to high school passed their building in the early 2000s and always kept them in mind for my adult life. 100% worth the wait!
