Koorosh Momtahan: DO NOT TRUST THE GREEN LIGHT VEHICLES. its a good auction over all, but the arbitration is a semi joke one. i purchased a car online on "green light" and after I run PSI and paid extra $135. the PSI passed, and when i went to pick up the car, the car had these issues and they said they cannot do anything about it.here is the list of the problems:upper engine noise, engine light on dash, broken core support, structural damage, bullet hole, paint peeling off the car which was not posted online.if these are not part of arbitration, then I don't know what is!

Marc Sha: The most corrupted Manheim in United States… I purchased two vehicles a couple of months ago and both have major engine issues.. One was knocking and other cracked engine block.Both of the condition reports didn’t say anything about any engine issues at all.That tells me the inspectors got bribed to make the condition reports look good.I lost $10,000 on these two vehicles.

B M: Facility is nice and clean. Layout is not at all user friendly. Understandable because it's not open to the public. This place is everything you hate about the DMV expanded. Also a mistake almost certainly will happen here and they are wrapped forever in red tape. It will almost certainly take hours or maybe even days to fix simple paperwork.

Robert G: Got a 60$ charge for a no sale plus a CR. They tried to take out the 60$ but it got returned from Our bank account because we had a fraud charge earlier that week so we locked the account down and changed bank accounts due to this. We didn’t think to change our auction access bank account unfortunately before Manheim took the 60$ out.Day of auction we go into bid, get denied because of the 60$ owed. We pay the 60$ at the auction….. still can’t bid because it has to go to “review”. We couldn’t bid the whole auction because of 60$ (WHICH WAS PAID AT THE AUCTION).Manhiem rather lose THOUSANDS in revenue because we can’t bid than just to push the “review” thru to see we obviously paid the measly 60$. What a absolute joke. Joke of a company.
