Brendan Pearson: I had put off getting my hearing checked for nearly 20 years. Especially as a classical musician I was afraid that a problem would be discovered, and that I would need a hearing aid - and that life (and especially music) would sound like a video game from the 90's. I thought my days as a musician would be over. I couldn't have been more wrong. My experience with this office and Dr Travis have been nothing but stellar. I feel like I now have a little supercomputer hanging on my ear, and I can hear everything so much better - especially detailed, complex music! My hearing aid, and my hearing overall, has far exceeded my hopes. I feel like my hearing is not just corrected, but enhanced. Dr Travis was kind and attentive and was very clear what would meet my needs and what wouldn't, and was always happy to explain his reasoning. He and Nicole helped turn what started as a profoundly stressful experience into a distinctly positive one.The whole experience has completely changed my perception of hearing aids and hearing loss in a very good way. I feel more connected with my family, and as a musician I now hear dynamics, tone quality, ensemble, etc far better than I can ever remember in the past. I can't recommend this place enough.

Debbie Soar: Even amidst all this pandemic, they were friendly & professional. Dr. Hopkins Williams is awesome!! He took time with us, explaining everything & answering all our questions. He shared all our options and my husband thought for the last 40 years that he had tinnitus that was progressively getting worse and found out that it was due to the inner ear bones trying to decipher sounds that weren't there due to hearing loss. Amazing, it should be taken care of with the hearing aides. Thank you, Dr. Travis!!!
Mike Holbrook: Good Doctor. Good hearing test but not free. Absorbent charge for hearing aids. Discounted to $5400 plus more. Went to Costco where hearing test was free. Hearing aids with charger $1799 and 5 year warranty. So, go to Costco. Top notch hearing aids and great price. Saved about $4000.

The staff did a great job of listening to my concerns, testing me thoroughly, and explaining the results to me afterward. Visiting with them brought me significant peace of mind and I'm glad I went to them. Would recommend them to anyone!

The place where I purchased them is out of business so I found Hearing USA. The young professional, Isabella checked the hearing aids, cleaned them and they now work great. She gave me a cleaning tool,showed me how to use it. The charge for this service was Zero!They are interested in helping people. Want to be treated right? Go there. I will.

Mike Coppoc: Not only has Rita kept my old hearing aids going longer then the regular life expectancy, but got me a great deal when it was finally time to replace them. My new hearing aids have opened up a whole new world for me. Connecting to my IPhone means I have control over the adjustments, but it is so cool to be able to do audio books, music, and other things that normal hearing people can just use ear buds for… but with hearing aids I had not been able to do until now. I hear words in songs that I have never understood, and the ability to filter out background noise means I can go to places I only dreamed of hearing the people I’m with.

Sheryl Southard: I've been coming to these places since Ron Gamble was the specialist at Blue Ridge Tower. That was in '79. He retired in 03 and several other specialists took over there. Including Brent Caruthers who is now with Audibel Hearing Center off of 40 near 291. Brent is great, always takes care of my aids tubings fast and efficiently, he always makes sure my aids are working to my satisfaction and then asks how I am,and takes a few minutes to chat to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I thank him and all workers there for being very nice people.
