KC Watersports: Service department is an unreliable and will not own up to their mistakes. Was told rotors are not part of their safety inspection only brake pads. Was told tires were in good shape and then 3 weeks later told they need replaced. Manager was very confrontational and unhelpful. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
DB: Great experience, Jess met us at the Aristocrat that was most convenient for my husband and I. He was knowledgeable and patient. I left a very important notebook in the car we traded in and J.K. made sure it got sent to me via UPS, saving me a trip.

However, during my last couple of visits, things took a turn for the worse.The most distressing incident occurred after I paid nearly $2000 for a full maintenance and inspection, which explicitly included a check of the coolant system. Sadly, just three weeks later, my car unexpectedly broke down on the side of the highway due to a defective coolant hose. This resulted in my vehicle overheating, causing damage to the spark plugs and potentially other engine components. It is deeply frustrating that such a critical component was not properly inspected or fixed during the maintenance check.What adds to the disappointment is that, despite the obvious negligence on their part, I was still charged for replacing the coolant hose. This double charge for a part that should have been addressed during the maintenance check left me feeling disheartened and questioning the integrity of the service provided by Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc.As a long-term customer, I had hoped for consistent and reliable service. brb services: RangeRover-Cant recommend this location for service . Ive tried for two days to talk to a service adviser only to be hung up on, transferred multiple times only to be left on hold . When they do pickup after 5 minutes the receptionist only transfers it once again without waiting to hear your complete sentence.

Wait to be helped till 9 AM and then M told it will be two hours for an oil change and that a do not get a vehicle while mine is being serviced like they told me I would when I made the appointment. But what really upsets me is that I scheduled the appointment for an oil change after just buying the Mercedes in November telling me that I need $1100 worth of maintenance done. The whole experience was pretty unprofessional and shocking.

Walter Ray: I want to start off saying that the sales people here were very nice, and the man who greeted me at the arrive door was as well. Now on to the 1 star review. The Jaguar service side, I made an online appointment and when I get there the service advisor tells me my 2005 Jag might be to old to be worked on….are you serious you are a Jaguar service shop, and then The amount this place wants to Charge for simple repairs is inanse. They wanted to charge me 450$ to install 2 hood props, the props are 40$ for both sides. So where is the other 410$ cost? It takes 5 minutes to install I did it myself already. Then they want to charge 130$ for wipe blade change? They also didn’t carry jagurbtrans fluid, Are you serious? Then 2500$ for the 2 control arms….I just got both control arms for 160$. So they want to charge 2300$ for a hour job? This is insane to me, what a joke. Won’t be back, already found a shop that laughed when I told them the prices and estimates.

Derek Cozadd: Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail from top to bottom. Took my Porsche in for an oil change and check engine light. Joe Sauceda and his team diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly as well as taking care of a few recall issues while they were at it. They quoted me one price for the repair but it wasn’t as entailed as initially thought, so I was delighted when the bill was half the original estimate. That is honesty and integrity. The very best part was my car being returned in better condition than when I dropped it off; washed and shined up. Thanks again!
Dee Morley: This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the exemplary assistance from Julie Langton (Aristocrat Motors). I had never "built a car" before but she walked me through the entire process to get exactly what I wanted. When it arrived Julie was there to be sure everything was as I ordered. Then Jesse Little (Mercedes-Benz of KC) spent so much time explaining all the new features that came with a Mercedes. Everyone has been so kind, followed up to be sure things were going well and making me feel like a VIP.

christopher erwin: went two(2) days in a row to look at a vehicle i am able and WAS willing to buy right then and there if it was everything that i had hoped. went on a friday, a full 3 hours before the posted closing time and was told they were closing early. understood.when i went the next day, 2 hours after they show opening, the doors are locked. when the phone is answered, whoever it was (they did not introduce themselves) was rude and said," well, we are closing early so... click" this unprofessional character hung up! very well. i understand not all adults know how to conduct themselves and have lived awhile without being taught propper manners. i feel sorry for the parents, they are probably ashamed. no worries, i saved me a headache and $36,000. your loss. if you are looking for quality, GO ELSEWHERE, you are welcome.

Cameron Marks: Well I purchased a car from them for a lot of money and probably only worth about half of the money I paid now I knew I should never purchase a car without seeing it first cause people these days are not honest but I was counting on them being a place they show cars and sale cars they would be honest about all the problems on the car but nope didnt tell me one thing was wrong with it now I understand it's an old car but once I drove it I was worried things were going to start to fall off everything is lose on the the car and cant really be tightened cause the screws threads are all messed up I'll give examples hood tach rattles, hood scoops rattle and the bezels are whooped , cracks in the grille , trim on the hood are rattling, the wipers for some reason dont hide under the hood ,,dings in all the trim, passenger side mirror rattles driver side fine, rear panel just above bumper is loose ,,radio doesnt work which I think they said did in description so I'm really scared about the ac not working , headliner is stained or just old but will need replaced , needs an alignment and rear deck lid needs replaced, and more but all I'm saying is I just would of liked to of known all this but of course they did let me know cause no one would of ever bought this car if all the problems were known ,,, so buyers beware not saying they dont sell goods cars just wont tell you the problemsLet's everyone let see if I can get some kind of deal from KC classics I paid 23,000 for the car and shipping if KC will send the shipper back and send me 20,000 just like I did them I'll be happy and feel wrong about my questioning their integrity and change the stars and my review but they only have till next weekend to reply I dont think they will cause I think they know the car wasnt what they said it was ,, and if they dont reply any potential buyers keep this in mind .All I'm asking for is to make it rightThat's allWell here it is a couple weeks later and no reply ,,, now they said its cause the car is old which I know that but why tell someone that car is in great shape when it's not. Now I have already spent 2,000 in parts and worried about how much it will be to put everything on so I guess what it all comes down to is if you are going to buy a car from kc classics go look at the car cause they will not tell you what's wrong with it .The car had been in an accident as well which they kept from me ,,Buyers beware when dealing with kc classics wish I never saw their adI'll take $19,000 back now kc classics and you can keep the rest ????? Its January 1st let me know if its such a good var why not take it back ??? And let's also talk about how they lied about the sales tax ,, I paid 22,000 for the car and 1000 for shipping so they told me I would owe taxes on the 22,000 not the shipping but they lied about that to so really in all not a honest dealer ,,

They worked hard to find me a great loan rate, and the closing process was fast and simple. If you are in the market for a high end vehicle, this is the place to buy since I feel they do a great job at making a sometimes challenging experience not so challenging.

Josiah Torres: Can’t believe this place attracts any actual customers. Salespeople were rude and dismissive. After being ignored and then talked down to, I went to write a review and saw all the negative reviews this place has already. I should’ve read the reviews before I went, would’ve saved me some time.
Night Hawk: Went in to have a recall done which no problem. They ended up doing the recall and one for the fuel flange as well. Few months later car didn’t want to start unless I turned the key several times. Went back to them asked them to check there work to make sure it was done correctly and there wasn’t a issue. This is where I got very upset. I watched the tech bring my vehicle in raise the back seats and that’s it. Didn’t take the plates off or take it apart to check or even open the hood to check fuel pressure. Then get called into service area was told I needed fuel pumps and flanges. Ummmmmm kind of odd cause I already replaced the fuel pumps and the passenger side flange before the recall. The estimate was 1900 parts and labor. I wasn’t going to pay that for something they didn’t even do a check on them just guessing. So I took my car home being a mechanic now for 25 years I found a fuel line routing diagram. Decided to do what they should have done in the first place checked all the lines and routing. Found one of the lines off of the flange they installed was kinked and causing little to no fuel flow. Untangled the line and been working just fine ever since. If this is the type of work they provide from here now I am wondering if the other recall was even done and fixed. I know for sure that I won’t be going back to that dealership for anything recalls or anything else. I will make the drive to Omaha or somewhere else to get anything like that done again.

We choose the car which we wanted to buy we were about to place the order and give them a deposit. But they didn’t even respond us properly. I have no idea what was our mistake maybe we didn’t dress up properly but I don’t think that’s a criteria to buy a car. They never turned up, no response, no update. I even spoke with the manager and informed him about the delay. Yet still we didn’t get a response. We were so much frustrated And dropped the plan. It all happens because of the way the staff behaved. They show too much of attitude and doesn’t treat the customers properly. I don’t want to give even a single star for them. Such a worst experience I had.
