Three Trails Trading Post, the Mic-O-Say Shop: what do users think?
Don Martin: After stumbling upon this place to see if they were interested in purchasing jewelry, there was no sign out front when we walked in. The lady didn't even come over to greet us, but instead yelled "hi" from sitting on a stool in back of store. Asked if we needed help, an we looked around. We asked if she was interested in purchasing any jewelry. She rudely said "no". Which after looking around was def understood by us that we wouldn't want our stuff sold here. I hope you fix the smell of your store as it was nausiating. Please clean!!! Your customer service is extremely rude and arrogant. I would never in my life send my enemy there.
Christal Noneya: Love this place! Not only do they have a lot of great selection/inventory for local natives but they offer classes/lessons as well! I took one (& plan on many more!) with Ms Sylvia & she was kind & patient with me! I also enjoy talking with Kara she has wonderful stories & advice. I catch myself staying & visiting with both the ladies long after I've bought my supplies!
Susan Miller: If you're looking for a little something Native American, it's your spot; if you aren't--it's also your spot. If you're crazy about jewelry, or if you make or design it, you have to go by. There are hundreds of beads of all sizes, and the equipment to turn them into something pretty. There are also by-appointment classes in construction and design of jewelry making, wire wrapping, or other skill that the shop is "featuring" at that time. I like that the owner also works with Boy Scout troops and their beading, artistic, or other designing needs. Just FYI, if you're after specialty beads, be prepared to pay the extra. The same goes for earrings, as they are all hand-crafted and one of a kind, but they're worth it.
Scott Stewart: I could spend hours looking around in this place.
Pretty Young Mogul: I just took a wire wrapping class and made my very own cabochon pendant! It was a blast! Kira is such an awesome teacher. I loved it. It’s so much better than just watching YouTube tutorials. In person is phenomenal!! Thanks Three Trails Trading Post! I can’t wait to come back for another class.
Sherrie Clancy: Great place to fill your scouting needs. My grandson was very lost and Kara helped put us on the right path. She does beautiful work. Can't thank her enough.
Alicia cress: This is the coolest little store I've come across. Very unique! Enjoy looking because there's amazing treasures everywhere
Robin Morton: I love these people they have a lots of things that reminds me when I was little my grandma and my grate uncle who was a Indian chief had a lot of beautiful Indian jewelry I remember my grate uncle all the things he use to wear and when I come into the store it reminds me of him .. I love this store they have very good energy I can since their vibes when I walk inside they are so nice and so pleasant to be around.. it even reminds me going back into the wild wild west even though I wasn't born that time but it's a really cool place to shop .. I intire place is All decked out native American I'm so proud of my native American harritige and years later I learned more about my native people.. I need to go back to this store I miss them so much 💕
Mandy: Great price for beads
Andi Kahclamat: Came in to get beads and regalia supplies and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the prices. The shop owner was very kind as well and gave good beading tips. It's not at all just a Boy Scout store, it's a great resource for local Natives as well.
Dascott Looking Horse: Nice place to pick up what we needed! We highly recommend this shop for all your Native American needs! A+
Jesse Groff: This space has something for all crafters, artists, and really just anyone looking to find some art.
Kathy C: Cute place. Lots of options for tribal beads and polished stones. Some ready made silver jewelry, beaded objects, and fused glass.
Susie Q Quilting: Very informative and nice people
Alec Ang: Cute shop! The Grandma's that run the place are charming.
paula perry: Love this place!!
Jonas Moore: Wonderful service, and a wide selection of products
Adriia Grimes: Me and my daughter came in around 430p today and the only thing the attendant said to us was "sanitizer by the door!" She didn't ask if we were looking for anything in particular or even if we needed help. She just counted her beads at the table and didn't even acknowledge us until we left and said, "come again!" We most certainly will not! They also have 2 or 3 cats that interacted with us more than she did.
Gma Dawn: Very cool selection of beads (glass, bone, ceramic you name it) jewelry and other odds and ends. The prices are reasonable and the shop owner is friendly and knowledgeable. If you like stone and geology they have a good selection for you too. Plus a kitty that waits at the door to greet customers (because he gets a treat for everyone that enters lol!) The Friday evening we visited the area was having a street vendor event and a live musician was performing outside. (I think its every month - have to check on that). Cute little area to visit for socially distant browsing and strolling. A couple of restaurants- homestyle, Mexican and one thats a fancier museum atmosphere.
Anne JeanetteX: Love this shop!! Has a GREAT feel to it!! So many cool things!! Bought this beauty there yesterday!!
Season Ridge: It has a variety of seed beads, opaque and fancy beads. There is some leather premade jewelry

Katherine Venyard: I purchased 2 tickets to a class as part of my daughter's birthday. My daughter ended up with the stomach flu and we couldn't make the class. I asked to reschedule and was told no. I asked for a refund and got no response. There's nothing on their website or in the email receipt that mentions a cancelation or reschedule policy. Be ware if you can't attend a class, you won't be able to reschedule and they won't refund you, even partially. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB.
Steven Potter: I started with a "sample" class in August. If you're like me, it's a great place to "get your hands dirty" and try it out without a huge investment.I then signed up for a full month of classes in October. Other than my sample class, I had never taken a pottery class and really have very little aptitude for fine arts or crafting. My work is poor, but the instructors are wonderful. I've had classes taught by David, Johnnie, and Michael. Each have taught me something new and a different way to approach pottery. All three are encouraging and patient.I love the community we have during the classes. I'm very appreciative of the patience I'm learning. For me it is about learning something new, being in the moment, and meeting new people. Although there are (what I'd consider) accomplished artists in my class, everyone is friendly, willing to share, encouraging, and all help me on my path. What more could a novice hope for?
Laura Boomgarden: The classes are so fun & the teacher is SO HELPFUL!!! I learned so much that I cannot wait to go back again!
T Vogel: Took a sample class and had a great time!! Failed then failed some more but got several pieces by the end of the class. Very much worth the price of the class! If you’re thinking of it you should definitely go!!
diana H: David is a great teacher. He was very patient with all of us and had to help some of us do the same thing over and over. I had a great time and I think everybody else in the class did as well.
mike householder: Took the beginner class, well taught with personal instruction when needed. Great value and an awesome way to spend an evening.
Cole Myers: Amazing group of artists and stunning facility. Fun and comfortable for beginners and also a trove of nationally renowned ceramicists.
Ruben McCampbell: Looks Like a Neat Place just Walked By & Looked In 💪👏✌😎😀!!
Anthony Yannotta: We did a class for our 9th anniversary. Our instructor was the proprietor. He performed a demo for us and then set us loose. I've gotta say, this was such a great experience! He took the time to help us get started and continued to be available as we worked through our first few pieces. He was super personable and we ordered a pizza and hung out during class. Highly recommend. We will be back.
Kris McGee: Had my wife's birthday party at 323Clay. It was incredible!! Far exceeded our expectations. Our host and teacher Brian Morgenlander killed it. Perfect balance of helpful instruction and tons of freedom - loved interacting with him. It was a blast. We were able to bring in food and drink which added a nice touch to the party. I think we even made some pottery pieces that are worth keeping!!
darlene wright: We did have a late start getting into the party but the birthday girl said it was a birth best birthday she ever had this is an awesome place to have a birthday party and I’ll probably be going there on a regular basis to learn pottery I was very very impressed they were very professional and they can teach anybody asked to see if you don’t know anything about pottery it was a wonderful time we had
Virginia Bergbigler: My gf took me for my birthday. The teacher/ owner David was so kind to us three. We went to the Thursday night try out class. We each made three pieces. We can’t wait to go back after they are fired and paint them. We laughed and felt creative. One of my best birthdays.
George Chrisman: Great place to work in clay. Options of firing cone 6-10 gas or electric. Fun people lots of knowledge and all are helpful
Patti Hickman: Great place to work, learn, purchase ceramics and meet new friends!
Sam Squirrel: Stop by 323Clay for a wide selection of handmade pottery from our very own potters. We also offer classes if you want to learn a new skill like throwing on the wheel or to expand your skills with advanced instructor Steven Hill.
Steven Hill: 323 is a wonderful ceramics studio in Independence, MO. We have an great group of ceramic artists working here and we are welcoming to new studio members. Come by for a tour, to check out a class or to rent a studio.

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Terri Murphy: The cashier was very kind and helpful. I love shopping at JoAnn's and being able to stack coupons! I am sad that JoAnn's no longer has the craft classes that they would have prepandemic.
Jacquelyn Gibbs: I visit this store quite often. The employees are really nice, but they are always so understaffed that they can't help customers. The items I need have been in the store since last week but they're still not on the shelves. The employees are unable to help me because they have to stay on task and I'm told I cannot order online and wait outside because they can't get to it today.
August Allen: Every time I go in, they have good sale but never follow though with then
Nera Engem (FlyingDingo78900): Had a large store but not lit well. Had alot in stock
Karen Woodward: Wonderful
Joshua Stamm: Really helpful staff, always helping with discounts.
Michael Pierce: Great place to park a vehicle when it broke down
Chrissy Rochelle: Been working on a few home DIY projects and needed some synthetic leather fabric and foam for large ottoman table I am making from an old table. I was able to get all that I needed on a budget, even decor tacks and staples for gun. This store has the best staff, who are friendly, helpful and efficient. I get many of my needed items from them. They have everything from fabric, art supplies, hobby and specialized craft kits, tools, boards, and canvases....honestly feels like craft heaven! I love the variety and I was probably longer in there than I'd planned. The store is huge:)The only slight pain point is the cutting table. It gets a bit busy and many times just one cutter and a long line of people. If they manage that better, they'd be one of the best stores all around.
Nancy Geary: Very friendly and helpful
Shelly Kelly: We went there to find needle threader. We found them
Dianne Dyer: Closest craft supplies store to my home. I'm there often.
Carol Pifer: Looking for st Patty's decorations
Hunee Cwms-Graham: Will NEVER go to Belton location again!!! Unwilling to assist customers if it deals with walking no acknowledge of customers waiting
TheMrsBunch: Nice people. Large selection of a variety of craft supplies. Good sales regularly.
Rydel Van Dyke: I stopped going to this store because I don't like standing in the checkout line 2-3 times longer than it took for me to find what I wanted. 1-2 registers open, regardless of how many people are waiting to check out, is normal. What's the point of having multiple registers if you're never going to use them? The last two times I went, the line was so long that I got tired of waiting so I put the merchandise down, walked out and went to Hobby Lobby. Other than that, it's a pretty good store if you don't mind standing in the checkout line for an unreasonable amount of time.
Tracy Johnson: Always good finds here.
Verna Rice: My favorite store!!!!!!I always find everything I need when I go to JoAnns. For sewing to any craft project.
Angela Johnson: Great inventory, Knowledgeable employees and alway greet me with a smile! Love this place for all met craft projects
Chris Jordon: The cashier 669344 was incredibly rude to the customers before me. I won't be returning to this location.
Almitra B: I visited after several years and was overwhelmed with how much they have to offer! I was able to get everything I needed to make this doll and more!
Marcia Ebert: Great service very helpful and friendly
