Cable Dahmer Arena: what do users think?
Michelle Floyd: Graduation was amazing...the drinks were VERY VERY expensive...which was disappointing
Bambi Claibourn: They need an area on the floor for elderly and handicapped people!
Valerie Baker: Attended my son's college graduation. Was a great place to go. Comfortable seats and plenty of room
Stephen Coleman: My granddaughter graduation from Liberty High, from easy access to a huge parking area, that was a very easy walk, into a super clean, well secured, excellent auditorium. The sound system along with the big screens, helped this grandpa have a really comfortable pleasant day. RIP ASHLI Babbitt
Pamala Lakey: Went to graduation ceremony, nice, clean facility. Sound system really good. Big screens made for excellent view!
Tasha Marshall: We was 2 yrs in a row for a graduation it was very nice
Karen Hudson: Clean, spacious convenient parking.Great graduation venue
Johnetter Harris: Nice venue for graduation ceremonies!
Daren Wooldridge: It's a nice arena little smaller than T-Mobile
Gary Rothermich: Went for kc mavericks game, great handicapped parking and even better experience once inside.
Jennifer Orrick: I was there for graduation. Wish we were given more tickets so both sides of the family could have came
Karla Sutton-McKinney: Great place for MCC 2023 Graduation
Jake Phillips: We were visiting from the UK to see some friends, stayed for 2 weeks and on one evening we came down to the Cable Dahmer Arena to watch The Mavericks play. It's a great venue, similar size to what we have back in the UK for ice hockey venues. Good sized gift shop to, with plenty of eateries on the concourse. Even better that the Mavs won!
Weird Guy: It was nice I went for my sisters graduation and it was clean but kinda crowded.
Roy Hamilton (Pudin): There for my grandsons graduation, very nice, with comfortable seating. Looks like a great arena for hockey.
E G: Pretty decent venue. Big enough but not too big with easy access.
Carl Carlson: Ridiculously bad design for a parking lot. Venue was half full and taking over 45 minutes just to leave the place since it’s a free for all bad design with no one helping move the non-flow of traffic.
Eber Pearson: Plenty of space with good views
Tyler Jones: Clean restrooms. Good organization.
Peggy Masterson: The arena was fine but getting out of the parking lot was terrible
linda toliver: Was there for our daughter graduation

Stoney Creek Hotel Kansas City - Independence: what do users think?
Jazmin Columbus: this place was absolutely AMAZING!! Best place to have a nice family time, and the outside of the hotel in the back is just wonderful. Especially the water fall and park for kids to play around! Our room was completely clean and the beds are very cozy, but i do suggest bringing an extra blanket with you! Even down stairs they have plenty of cheap snacks and goodies for you to get, and the office people are very sweet and kind. not a loud environment either, but can get a little loud out in the pool. but overall best experience and hotel i’ve ever had and been to!Rooms: rooms were very very pleasing and clean. provides a fridge and microwave. clean bathroom, AND provide GREAT shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so none of that cheap small bottle stuff. Also there were no bugs anywhere.Nearby activities: there was a Mexican restaurant that was very nice and delicious, a beautiful trail and waterfall, HUGE land to explore and pathways, bass shop, and a park!Safety: just a safe environment overall and everyone is kinda and sweet.Walkability: walkability was great and also very enjoyable.Food & drinks: provides great foods and drinks down stairs and for a good price.
Kade Pedersen: Everything was great except the manager getting mad at us for parking our moving truck right where the staff told us to.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Michelle Stohr: Nice, good view and food for breakfast. It was a very calm stay nothing exciting or worrying which as a mom of a bunch this was a huge plus. The pool was nice, hot tub is pretty small but I’ll take it, 3ft pool inside, deeper pool is outside (they’re connected)
Kelley Neal: Very clean, wish we would of been told pool eas down for maintenanceRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Caroline McBride: Went to a trade show there and did not stay in the rooms. It is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean. I would say decent quality for a convention, but it was not impressive.Nearby activities: Next door to a Bass Pro. Near to a major shopping center as well as a kid's adventure place.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Independence-Kansas City, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Maurice M: We were there for 4 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time.Nearby activities: Close to Costco, shopping and food.
Karla Sutton-McKinney: Superior hospitality...Rebecca, Christy(??), another young lady, Dining room attendant (Karen), two grounds/maintenence personnel, since Covid, best hotel experience to date...all other reviews will be measured against the service provided here... THANK YOU 😊Food & drinks: The area is saturated with eating establishments on both sides of I-70...choices to satisfy almost all pallets.Noteworthy details: Rooms have tubs, 😆🤣
D Cline: I had a group of students stay here. The staff was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty for all. I highly recommend this location for future trips.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
nathan buck: Great staff, and good options for breakfast. Rooms clean and well kept. Some wear on the tub and tile that should be repaired. Hot tub had some brown stuff floating on the foam and along the side - assume it's probably sediment, but not normal for well kept hotel hot tubs.
Mark Smith: Solid Four Star. Highly Recommend.Pros:Staff - All show pride of ownership in working here. Management are friendly and professional.Maintenance - The facilities and property are all well-maintained.Location - Close to Truman library, restaurants in abundance, and safe neighborhood.Sleep - The bed and linens were so soft and high quality. I'd love to have those sheets at my house. Room was very quiet. Very little heard from hotel traffic or outdoors.Cons:Housekeeping - Although the bedding was fantastic. I could smell the previous occupants perfume/cologne on the comforter. Also, both the clock radio and TV remote were gross; and were ironically under a sign noting how cleanliness is their top priority. Sadly, I checked-in at night with limited staff, or I would've notified them of the issue. But, the next morning management were quick to address the issues.Yes, I would definitely recommend staying here, and would gladly be a return customer.Food & drinks: So-so. Although the eating are was well tended and cared for, the food itself was bland and fair at best. You may leave still feeling hungry.Noteworthy details: I have to stress again how great the staff is here. The maintenance, front desk, dining, and management were all exceedingly friendly and highly professional.
David Chamberlain: Prices can be a bit High sometimes but consistently good service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Chaney Connelly: Went with my 7 year old and husband. Although we live here, we just went for a week and was stayed for a change of scenery! Hotel atmosphere was nice and light. Last time I visited the decor was too heavy. Rooms were too dark and beds weren't so great. Haven't stayed in a room for a long time so I wasn't sure or the money, our suite was The pool was clean and a great distraction for bored children. Accomodations were nice. King size bed was fabulous. Clean. Staff was great.
Ted K: Clean, up to date rooms
Emily Bevelacque: Hotel staff was very friendly. There were warm cookies one night that were delicious. This hotel has clearly been remodeled, but it's still a little abused looking in the rooms. My 3rd floor room had two stink bugs in it, but overall, it was mostly clean and comfy. I'd stay here again foursure.Food & drinks: Lots chain restaurants nearby
Monty Thompson: Clean and comfortable, close to food and shopping.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Greg Cotter: Front desk person on 3/11/23 were very noncommittal to get out of her chair and greet us. Room had peeling drywall tape in multiple places. Needs help.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jeanette Aguila: We stayed her for a week and the Continental breakfast is awesome. Nice and friendly staff. The weekday cook was great.
Abe Millsap: Room was poorly lit. Bathroom not very clean. Staff however were very nice.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
DJ Hermen: The buzzkill fun police Bethany at the front desk screamed at us for having an “open container.” Instead of being polite and using appropriate customer service skills she decided to go the opposite direction. Claims that Independence MO has a law about having an alcoholic beverage in a lobby. If that’s the law/rule, fine, but we are likely from out of town since we’re at your hotel. Rudeness gets one star ratings and the next time we visit KC to see the Ambush play we’ll stay elsewhere. Lots of options, and Bethany lost your business.
Tony Suarez: The only reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars from me was because half the TV channels, including FOX, NBC, and CBS we're unavailable due to technical issues at the hotel with Dish Network equipment.Otherwise, the rooms were great. The service was really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs.
