Lee Boo R Gibbons: I took my 8” chainsaw blade for sharpening tonight and was basically convinced by the ‘dude’ at the Stihl counter to take my business elsewhere - because they (he) didn’t want to sharpen it. I tried pushing for them to take my business, but this guy made every excuse to not take it. After some non-confrontational jostling I decided that I didn’t even want his help and asked where he suggested that I take it. His response was “Westlake.” Ok fine. I left. I will go elsewhere. What a tool of an employee. Wondering if the manager trained him. Not ideal. I have taken my Stihl chainsaw for a tune up at this store every couple years and never got any resistance before. That’s probably because I also pay a lot more for that than they would get for sharpenin smaller chainsaw blade than I brought tonight. Never saw this employee before so he may assume that I am not a valuable enough customer. Screw this guy and this Feldman’s. Way more Stihl dealers to go to, and not far away. He tried to convince me that I could do it cheaper than the $8 they would charge me. I didn’t beg him to take it, but should I have to? Whatever.

Jeffrey Kayden: The store is a down home, old fashioned, breath of comfort for folks looking for a simple hardware and feed store for animals and their needs. Lawn care, rugged clothing, friendly customer service. It's a good stop for some unique candy and soda as well

Joan Adams: They have a large selection. Lightning is pretty sparse in the back section. Most things I found were quite a bit higher than Tractor Supply. The plus side is they do.rice match and can look it up right there on their computer and see the price difference at the register. Then they have a manager come up to override the price.

I believe she’s doing her best to improve the service department and experience customers receive while engaging with their service team. So I’ve increased my rating to 3 stars. Time will tell if the service department manager and department as a whole will actually change.This Feldman’s always has the worst service in their service department. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering a part or trying to make a new purchase. The staff back there is rude and disrespectful.We were there to purchase a chainsaw the guy asked me what I needed and then rudely interrupted me. When I was finally able to tell him what I needed he started complaining about be short staffed and his job is hard. Then told us it was going to be a while because he had a problem to deal with.Since being courteous to your customers isn’t important to Feldmans we left and took our business to Northern Tool. If you need a chainsaw and want good service go to Northern Tool on Noland Rd in Independence. They were super helpful and polite.

Tracy Shoate: This place is great if you have money to spend. It's a little on the high side but, the clothing is great quality. Some other things in the fishing, camping department was a little high. The staff was helpful and kind and that made it a wonderful shopping experience.I MIGHT ADD THAT THE NAME OF THE STORE IS NOW...BUCHEITS....NOT SURE I SPELLED THAT CORRECTLY. THE GOOGLE MAP DIRECTIONS WILL TAKE YOU TO Molle Chevrolet. It's address is 7 hwy Blue Springs and is South of 40 hwy on the left side of the road. It's behind Price Chopper I think, they have huge signs. I think it's the first stoplight south of 40 hwy. Anyone that knows, correct me if I am wrong please.

Flower Girl: Orscheln is now Buchheit. The parking lot and building are handicap and wheelchair accessible.

They all greeted me, and made sure I was finding what I needed. I could always find an employee when needed. Can't say the same about TSC employees. I will be changing where I shop after today.
