Terry Stark: We had an old nickel coin “one armed bandit” that’s been in our family for over 50 years. It stopped working and we stored it away until coming across it again recently. We contacted John at ThirdGen Amusement to get his opinion on restoring it. John and his family have been in the amusement game business for yearsJohn was excited when he saw our machine. He already knew much about the style and how it worked. John took it for a couple of months and after it being idle over at least 30 years, restored it to the working condition it provided our family so much fun with.When my parents had it at their home it provided so much fun for their grandchildren and visitors. When I brought it back to our home all three of our now adult children were visiting along with our 2 grandchildren. Everyone’s eyes lit up and they immediately started putting nickels in the slot!Thanks for bringing the slot machine back to life John. Thanks for bringing back so many memories from when my parents owned it. And finally, thanks for helping us create new family memories! Our adult son actually hit the big “jackpot” with 3 “Black Beauties” the very next morning!!We highly recommend John and ThirdGen Amusement.

Darryl C.: John is absolutely fabulous. I inherited a 1976 pinball machine And it definitely needed a complete overhaul. The bumpers were gone the coils were gone we're gone and he did a makeover and repair this machine and I and I am ecstatic about what I now have in my basement. If you have any type of pinball machine that needs to be refurbished and fixed call no one else other than John at 3rd Gen. Amusement.

Sharla Riead: My daughters took me for a Mother's Day gift and I loved it! This was my first experience in an escape room. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to work or the clues and embarrass myself, but that didn't happen. We had a large group, so we worked together and everyone was able to contribute something. When we got stuck and couldn't get one of the contraptions to work, the staff was extremely helpful and stepped in. We figured it out and escape with time left. It was a lot of fun and the puzzles and clues were just the right amount of difficulty. I would love to go back.

Akeyla Walker: The staff use inappropriate tones with our group of kids and lectured on rules more than they gave guidance to them. I think they could be more kid friendly but it was okay.

Kylie Pan: We did not, if fact, Escape This Place. Lots of fun, puzzles weren't too hard but were still challenging. It was a good mystery story. The location was a little hard to find, but overall a great time.

chris wilbur: Didn't finish but had a blast! This was my first escape room and I am glad it was. We first walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile and the Game Master gave us the rules in a very clear manner with plenty of time for questions. While we were in the room the intercom was nice and clear and were able to hear the tips we were given. The room was challenging but did not feel impossible and if we had a little more time! After we finished, they told us there was another room option, and that they are planning another room in the future and I would definitely got back and try it!

Brittney Williams: This escape room was lovely. We did the library room and made it out with 5 seconds left. I have been to about 15 escape rooms and this is in the top 5 for sure. It is a small business that took time to really pay attention to details. It keep you guessing and you never felt like you knew what would happen next. The room easily fit 6 of us and had something for everyone to be doing. We were there celebrating my birthday and I would totally come back next year! Highly recommend!!

Ahkeya Howard: First time doing an escape room. Loved Escape This Place. The guys here are very nice. We did the Rock Creek Mercantile. Didnt make it out in time. It was very challenging but they guys gave lots of clues and we didn't feel rushed out. Price was great for a group of 8.
