Michael L Loren Md: what do users think?
Will Buttermore: We just spent $250+ dollars for this "doctor" to tell my wife, who has been having Oxygen not stabilize and having numbers in the 80s, that she “needs to breathe from her diaphragm.” There was no examination of an allergic reaction, nothing to help her breathe, just the milquetoast suggestion to do breathing exercises. This guy is a quack.
Jennifer Cravens (Ajailyn): 2 stars only because his office staff were awesome.. he not so much.. cut me off when I tried asking questions, interrupted me, just flat out didnt listen. Literally before I could reply about a diet change recommendation said to me, oh it seems like that might be to hard for you.. yea I get that I'm over weight but as a dr didnt ask what might be the cause (a medication i used to be on), just assumed i was too lazy or something by the condescending tone in that statement that a diet change would be too hard.Btw weight doesn't cause severe allergic reaction that put me in the ER. This guy was a total jerk..
Rachel Rush: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Loren’s for almost 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s the only allergist in the office, so you obviously shouldn't expect to have a 15 minute appointment. But, unlike the lady who rated only one star, I’ve always felt like I’ve had his undivided attention despite the other patients he’s seeing. He’s the first person to diagnose my asthma, and instead of telling I have to get rid of my animals (which I’m allergic to) he’s working with me to get all of my allergies under control! I wouldn’t trade him for any other allergist around!
Tammy Shields-Conway: Dr Loren is fantastic! First time in my life my asthma and allergies are under control thanks to Dr Loren!
Vicki Jones: I was there for one hour and 45 minutes, the Doctor left my exam room twice to go to two other patient appointments. So he was trying to take of three of us at the same time. I was not late for my appointment. I really did not have his undivided attention.
John Nix: Excellent patient care.

Kansas City Allergy & Asthma Associates, P.A.: what do users think?
Not Myprob: Amazing folks! Great care! Thank you so very much!
Lacey Conner: Our pediatrician referred us to KC Allergy for our 4 year old. We saw Dr Everest. She and the entire team have been fantastic with our kiddo and have promptly answered any questions I’ve had.
Claudia H: I was referred to this location by my doctor and saw Dr. Everist. She and her staff were extremely kind and professional. By the end of my first visit, I had taken an allergy test and was given a game plan on how to best reduce my reactions. Now, about 5 months after my initial visit, it seems like I am no longer experiencing my daily dizzy spells and that has greatly improved my quality of life. Thank you!
Angela Smith: Their hours for shots are terrible and then you show up during hours they are supposed to be giving shots and find out there's no doctor in that day so they aren't giving shots. So I quit going and now they are leaving rude-sounding voicemails threatening that if I don't contact them to specifically inform them I no longer want shots, they might still make vials for me and charge me for them!? Don't think you can charge me for vials I haven't requested! And they're also calling to say I'm behind on my office visits. Don't need office visits if I'm no longer getting shots and don't see how you could make more vials if I'm behind on office visits as well. Which is it? Am I behind on office visits, which would mean I can't get vials made or you're going to make vials for me, despite the fact that I'm behind on office visits and charge me for them? I guess they can't figure out on their own that when people stop coming, they aren't happy with the services and aren't coming back.
Christy Varner: I’m new to the area I have called this office twice and ask for help with my insurance benefits. They do NOT offer any assistance. All I needed was as enough information to help make a financial decision on which office to be referred to. I called another local office and they were willing to help. Told me what I would be charged. The lack of customer service here has made my decision.
Alli Scully: Literally the worst dr experience I have ever had. My 10 year old even said when we walked out how rude the doctor was and that he didn't actually listen to our question. I will never step back in that office again.
juston taylor: My daughter doesn't like allergy shots, but the staff does a great job of getting her through it. She loves her doctor.
Carol Sterner: We'll run office, very professional.
Sharon Wuthnow: Best Doctor and nurses.

I was greeted right away and well informed by the kind voice at the front desk. We hardly had to wait to get called back. The nurse was incredibly warm and inviting. She was gentle with my son and patient. The Dr. was very nice and thorough. He took his time asking questions and putting the whole story together. He reviewed notes from previous physicians and offered his diagnosis and treatment plan. We were given all the options and freedom to choose. This Dr was humble and compassionate and took his time to make sure we understood! What a breathe of fresh air. I hope they never lose these qualities and keep up the good work they are doing. I will refer all to this office without any reservations.

Chris G: This doesn't happen to me often when I go to the doctor but I was heard and not shoved some medicine without trying to figure out what was wrong with me .. I got several options for my issue and I feel great about the visit.

The Center for Allergy & Immunology: what do users think?
E Mura: Do not go here! Halfway through our shot schedule they added a new form in which you check the shot vial and sign that it is yours. I asked why we had to do this now and the nurse confided that a patient was given someone else's dose by accident. Appointment times are not as flexible as other providers and usually are very limited. No real extended hours to help working families. Showed up 2 minutes late for a 4:30 appointment and was told I would need to reschedule as we were late and you can't be the last appointment and late. My son never stays for observation and is usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Never seen such poor service from a care provider. There are better places.
Samantha Quimby: ***THIS IS A LONG ONE, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK**It is hard enough to find a doctor AND nurse who you can feel comfortable with in general, it is even harder when you are in a new state. My allergies have been making me MISERABLE for several months but most recently have gotten ten times worse. When I arrived, the lovely lady at the front greeted me, asked me a few questions, took the cards I needed, and told me I was all checked in. She came to me in the waiting room, explained the piece of paper she was giving me and said they would be out shortly. A few minutes later, Stella calls my name. She introduces herself (which I realize I did not acknowledge. Please tell her I apologize for me) as we walk through the halls, gathering my weight and making our way to the room. She was so kind and easy going. She took my pressure and a few other things before letting me know that Dr. Patel will be in a few minutes. Dr. Patel was with me before a timer could hit 5 minutes. She politely introduced herself, did a few lung and heart checks, and asked a few additional questions/clarification questions. I explained I had been off my meds for 2 days only since I had scheduled my appointment 2 days prior. She explained that she would like to do some allergy testing since my last one was over 20 years ago, and it would give us a better idea on what directions we could go for treatment. However, for us to do that, I needed to be medication free for 7 days. I accepted my fate and agreed as long we could get some answers. After a few asthma tests from Stella, Dr. Patel came back and said my asthma is well controlled. She handed me a check out sheet to hand to the ladies up front. I hand a different lady my sheet and she advised that they did not have any spots open for the following week so she needed to reach out to Dr. Patel to see when she could put me on the schedule. (This meant the world to me; I work in the medical field where fitting someone in is almost impossible. I know this affects not just Dr. Patel & Stella, but it also affects patients before and after me as well as the front desk.) The following Thursday rolls around, I get there about 30 minutes early (It was a morning appointment, and I was unsure about the traffic). The same lady checked me after asking a few questions and told me to take a seat. Stella calls me about 15 minutes after my appointment time and she apologized saying it has been a crazy morning. She got me back to the room and she explained how the testing works and what she will do during the test. I was a bit anxious and scared (flash backs from me screaming my little head of when I was ten and had this done) and she could sense it. As I laid down, she asked if I was ready to start. We had a few giggles before she left the room and started the timer. The process is not as bad as I made it out to be (although the 15 minutes is a long time when all you want to do is itch your back). Stella comes back, measures the reactions, gives me some meds to help my back and tells me Dr. Patel will be back in a few minutes. Dr. Patel comes in, says thank you for doing the testing and advises we got some great results. She went over the tests results which matched up with my symptoms. She explained the treatment options and we both agreed on what the best option would be best but if I were to change my mind at any point to just let her know. Overall, I would 100% recommend Dr. Patel. She listened to my concerns, explained things to where I understood and was efficient.
Sandra Carroll: I have been a patient for over 10 years, never have to wait. Very efficient. Friendly, helpful staff. Request Dr. Kwas Huston, always willing to answer my questions, cares about his patients.
Michelle Herbert: I'm very pleased with Dr. Spider and his nurse. Thank you very much for getting me in quickly. I truly appreciated this today.
Nolan Kellerman: I've always had the worst allergies. Since receiving treatment from Dr.Jacobs and his wonderful nursing staff, I've experienced nothing but an occasional sneeze. I know the results aren't the same for everyone, but the allergy shots are really working for me. My regiment has included two shots each week for the last 6 months and now only once a month. It's a lot of visits to the doctors office but I was able to get in and out (30 mins) over lunch so it caused no conflicts with my work schedule. Dr. Jacobs is very upfront with what to expect and easy to talk to. If you don't need the shots he will tell you. The nursing staff is great, friendly and proficient. The ladies at the front office are great. They will get you scheduled, paid and out the door in no time. Nothing but good things to say, I would recommend to anyone who is annoyed with their allergies.

The Center for Allergy & Immunology: Travis Sifers, MD: what do users think?
Cassidy Srock: My first visit was very thorough. I really enjoyed Dr. Sifers' overall attitude and bedside manner. He was fun, which is important to me in a physician because it's hard to talk about your health to someone you find vaguely threatening or judgemental. Maybe that's just me, but it seemed like a good fit.I was there for a long time but it wasn't time waiting or doing nothing. It was doing tests, talking to the doctor, doing more tests, talking to the doctor. I think the most time I ever spent just waiting was 10 minutes once.Dr Sifers was also very informative. I got answers to questions I've had for over a decade. I learned a lot of things about my asthma & I've had asthma for 34 years.
Tina Lynn: Dr. Sifer has been the first doctor in years that really listened and heard me instead of just brushing me off because he may not have known a quick answer. He realized with my history of chronic symptoms and more recent symptoms that a quick answer isn’t even appropriate. He appeared concerned and had the desire to find out what is truly going on with my health. He was sincere, empathetic, and sympathetic when I had a tearful moment of frustration with everything that has led up to my first visit with him. I’m not sure what road my health is headed down but I truly trust he cares and will do his best to find some answers.
Mary Wiggins: Dr. Sifters was very helpful. He clearly had read notes from my referring physician and had done some research into my problem. He was not only very helpful but very kind.
