Metallwerk Bär: Great experience, customer service, prices, tech support. The only place I've been and had a better experience was in Tennessee.

Dan Frazier: fun field, refs are pretty cool and good mix of players
Phillip Biehn: AMAZING field, really felt authentic, Mostly everyone was nice and they had good rentals. Amazing experience, will be coming weekly.
Alex Harves: Fun field lots of CQB and good positions to hide in, cover (that destructible). Definitely recommend a light for load outs here.

Henry Kraynak: The guys that run it are nice and let me borrow some stuff that I forgot. Good field setup that isn't biased towards one side or the other. Parking can be tight sometimes though so get there early.

Garrett Ewing: Good field, and an overall good setup. Would love to see a more organized lobby to the field, with more chairs, table options. Also, beware of the foul language from the workers. The one that organizers teams was constantly cursing for no reason and there were lots of young kids.
Connor Z: Great experience for my first time, great crowd of people, good selection of stuff in the pro shop got great deals.
Connor Killian: Fun cqb arena, good people running it and good amount of players to run against.
Logan Litle: Very nice people, great community, overall fun experience every time I go.
FireBall Express: Really fun. Super cool area to run around in and unlike jager it doesn’t smell really bad or have water puddles everywhere.
Tristin Coleman: Went there for the first time, and overall went good. Definitely need good ride support or your own ride when you go here by the way. They got a better team selection system with light up arm bands and the field underground changes frequently. I'll be looking forward to coming more often.

Whether you need bows, guns, ammo, golf, shoes, Sports clothing, bicycles and more. This is a good place to go for a nice quality. It is clean and organized.

T L: If you need it for a sport, this place has it. They've had everything we've needed for wrestling, football, soccer, and 5ks. We were even able to score a trampoline during the pandemic while all other stores were out of stock. It's a bit of a drive for us for but this is the place we know will have what we need when local stores do not.

John Laing: Bad checkout experience. System overcharged 20% over what item was marked. No apology. Barely any words. Reminds me why we have the internet.
Bobbo Buckets: As soon as I walked in a nice man was there to answer my question and point me in the right direction! Sage at the register didn’t waste any time and helped me with my return. Christmas shopping made easy!
B: Came in a month ago to find jujitsu gear, said they do not carry it. Came in a week ago to try to find something NASCAR related for NASCAR this weekend, said they don’t have anything NASCAR related. Just came back in for fishing string for a project, they don’t carry fishing string. Well never even try this again. Waste of time three times

Amy Konkle: My husband wears a size 15, which has been increasingly difficult to find. I docked a star because we had to go from Liberty to Zona Rosa to find only 2 pairs in stock, but Kelly on the sales floor earned all of my respect because she helped me track down ankle socks in his size. Also not an easy mission, but she was committed! Thanks to her, we won't be walking around Florida with him in crew socks pulled all the way up his shins! 🤣

Sidney Gallagher: 3 entrances and only one functioning at all times. 1 not working at all and then another working on a time schedule with only small notes on the door stating it’s either not working or won’t be operating until this time which it was over 2 hours past time it said. Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.
Melissa Diperi: The shoe selection is a step above. We just love this place. There is always a staff member looking to help you!
Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

Gary Street: Haven't been in one of these stores in ages,, but urgently needed a very specific item I knew they carried.Immediately received expert assistance from the first associate I encountered, then follow up assistance by an associate on the 2nd floor who already knew what I was looking for (how did they do that?)As I was checking out, observed a customer at a register who was argumentative and gruff about returning an item. The associate expertly handled the situation and prompted another associate to assist and when I left the customer's demeanor was completely changed. I think I heard them chuckle as I was walking out the door. Amazing!Might be the best retail chain store experience I've ever experienced.

Jeanie Paxton: They don't let you shop in peace. I went with my boyfriend to get a wrap for my wrist, and on our way out we stopped to look at some shorts on sale. An employee followed us into the section by the register, and just STARED at us as we browsed sizes. He never said a single word to us. We tried to ignore him, but after at least 5 minutes of him aimlessly walking around and looking at us, we just got in line. He walked away immediately. He must have had somewhere to be all of a sudden. Honestly he wasn't fooling anyone, and lost his store money because of his odd behavior. Super uncomfortable.

Brian: I bought a bike from here and bought the warranty and when I returned to have my bike fixed (fullfill my warranty) they took my bike and never called me back or emailed me. This was 6 1/2 months ago & I have no idea what happened to my bike.

Ayman Wakas: I bought a bike from here, and after a month I brought it back in to see if i can swap it out for a mountain bike. They didn’t have to accept the bike back per their policy but they were very nice and swapped it for a much better bike (which I’m very happy with). This was much appreciated
Tony Kays: Associates didn't seem to have knowledge of how their pricing structures work. Something didn't ring up correctly. Perhaps it was mislabeled I don't know but the associate asked the person next to them they didn't know they tried to call back and couldn't seem to get an answer. Left without making a purchase. Wasn't worth going back on the sales floor to take a picture of their signage.
Sheryl Cox: I want to commend the gentleman that helped me today. I came in with a chiefs jersey that my husband was displeased with the logo placement. He was so helpful and understanding.
