Miss Jayda: If I could give them 0 stars I would. These are the worst apartments in independence mo would not recommend. Maintenance lies and says they fix things and do not, office takes their word and doesn’t fix anything at all. There’s always built up trash, there’s safety hazards that they aren’t trying to fix. Not all the way clean when you move in. There’s loitering and people breaking into apartments and stealing cars. Nothing in these apartments are secure don’t do it definitely a waste of money. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP

Nichole “Nikki” McCray: This place ALWAYS has bed bugs in the apartments causng residents to fight bed bugs on a regular basis. Many bottom apartments flood continuously to point it damages the occupants belongings & they may or may not compensate occupant. When they want u to move they do everything they can to get u out.
Mia Alexander: My uncle was found deceased in his apartment, and the detective told us that we needed to go collect his belongings. We call the apartment and try to arrange a time to come get his belongings and they tell us no one can go in his apartment because there’s an ongoing investigation, which was odd considering the police had told us they had gotten everything they needed, and cleared it. We call the apartment back and they tell us the police have to let them know it’s cleared, so they did. We call the Hudson apartment complex back and they tell us that we need to hire a lawyer, won’t let us speak to anyone except the receptionist, and won’t allow us to collect his belongings, even though my mother was listed as his direct emergency contact, and the police have verified she is next of kin. Real A-1 service, guys. Do not rent from them. Terrible.

Courtney Carter: Worst experience ever. Lived here for over a year and was first moved into an apartment that was infested with cockroaches so bad that I had to keep all of my food in totes and couldn't leave plates in my cabinets. The roaches were so bad they destroyed a lot of my stuff. I had to fight to be moved to a different apartment and it took them 6 months to move me to a different one. Management never came out to fix anything. I lived the last six months with a huge hole in my ceiling. Place was filled with mold and just a terrible experience altogether don't move in here it's all a lie.
Jacob Howery: I would not recommend moving in here the staff needs work Fabi the front desk lady will come off very sweet until you sign the papers to move in and pay your deposit then she is very disrespectful so much so all the neighbors can speak up about it and nothing is done she will hang up on you and ignore your calls and lie to her boss about arguments she gets into she is one very unprofessional women. All in all the whole staff has an issue with upkeep there is big problems rodent problems they say exterminators will come and they never do people on drugs will come and steal stuff off your porch it’s not uncommon to see tweakers all over the parking lot by your cars

No one ever wants to find out their HVAC is on its last leg. This company offered multiple solutions to repair, to help our budget, but the package they put together for a whole new system seemed the best option in the long run. They scheduled next day install, were on time, texted notifications so I knew when they would arrive and who the techs were. Shane Miller: Beware of this company if you plan to use them. I set up an appointment for water pipe inspection, kitchen sink drain repair, and disposal replacement quote 2 WEEKS in advanced. I was NOT given a timeframe in which the plumbers would arrive and was told I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to their arrival when they would show up (whenever that would be cause I sure was not given any idea.) So the day of my appointment comes and I spent all day waiting to hear from the plumbers and nothing. Aboute 3:30 pm I received a text saying that they "may be running behind schedule". I understand having a full schedule and delays I'm jobs which puts appointments behind. However, when a customer schedules 2 weeks in advanced and it's a minimum $99 charge just to come out PLUS gas tax, I expected much better from this business and expected a better experience. I hope they can offer better service in the future and I'm glad they have enough work to disregard some customers, but that's never an excuse for terrible service.
Joe Dangelo: Very professional people. They had a $79 main line cleaning with free camera inspection. That's unheard of.
Ross Rinehart: I'm giving two stars because my mom has had a great experience in the past. She currently pays for VIP service and requested a friday evening emergency service to snake the pipes. So they arrived Saturday morning, we believe his name was Chris this was only his 3rd sat working as this is just a second job for him is what he told us. I want to restate he came out to snake the pipes, this is important because the "plumber" said he would not open the main drain because he did not want to get sewage on him and if he had to do it he would charge my mom 400 to 1000 dollars. So my mother opened the main drain so the plumber could do his job. As a Soldier I would love to say I perfer not to get IED explosion on me Army and if I do I was 400 to 1000 extra. Or the medic in the ambulance not wanting to pull that person our of the car crash because he might get blood on him so he is going to charge an extra 400 to 1000 dollars. I know I've made my point but this guy chose this career and refused to do his job unless a customer paid an amount that any normal person would refuse because it was too much. He did also mention to her while she was opening the main drain that "he only had 30 minutes " as if she wasn't working fast enough for him.

Made us feel like we would not get our heat fixed for several days if we didn't make a decision right then. Found same products for way less. And very similar warranty. The woman I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and was able to take care of my needs immediately. She scheduled my appointment for the next day and informed me of special promotion the company was offering, which were incredible.I was contacted when the technician was on their way. When Glen arrived, he assessed the problem and explained what would need to be done to fix the problem and what the cost would be.Before beginning the work he covered the area with traps and plastic. His work was done efficient and in a professional manner. Overall my experience with Anthony Plumbing was “OUTSTANDING!” They will be the company I go to for all my Plumbing, Heating and AC needs in the future.Thank you guys for a great experience!
Francesca Elgin: They will charge you fuel cost, even if you live less just a 1,000 feet from the building, which is 50 bucks. They are not the nicest and make sure to make you feel less than adequate even when you ask a question. God forbid I ask what MY money would be going towards when your asking someone to pay over $1,000 for one service. Go anywhere else to receive better customer service. Very disappointed.
L B: My family has used this company several times. While initially, a few of the repairs seemed good, after a short time problems developed with most. Just this week, they did work on my parent's air conditioner. Despite the fact that only the wiring harness on the outside unit was broken, a salesman convinced my elderly father to replace a cooling coil. However, there was reason to replace this cooling coil, because it was working fine and they had just replaced it in April 2021 for $2500ish dollars. That repair only served to benefit the salesman and this company. If you choose to use this company, be weary of their “recommendations. ”Service:A/C system repair

Gerry explained everything he serviced in detail explaining to both my wife and I areas of concern on our 15 year old A/C unit. Gerry is another example of the high caliber of individual who works at Anthony’s and is one more reason why we use Anthony’s for our home’s mechanical needs.
Christopher Martin: Anthony (of Anthony) was here for our annual heating tuneup. He identified a problem with our vent pipe (flue pipe) and recommended and completed preventive maintenance before the issue became a bigger problem, including with respect to health and safety risk if the vent pipe had failed prior to replacement. Recommend Anthony and Anthony PHCE, hands down.

He gave an estimate before he performed the work and the final cost was what he quoted. He was able to repair it on the spot, make necessary adjustments and explained everything afterwards. We have used Anthony's several times and the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their kind and friendly attitude is the same with all their employees. We really trust them and they have always done a great job for us.

He was very knowledgable about HVAC systems – not only could he tell that our HVAC had likely never been properly cleaned, but he was also able to tell that a couple of our vents weren't connected to the system at all. He and his son took about 1.5-2 hours to clean our 1400 sq. foot house, and they got SO much dust and dirt out (see pic below). They also cleaned out our dryer vent for a very discounted price. I requested a quote on his website and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call early the next morning (two other companies never returned my call). Joe quoted me a price to clean my ducts over the phone based on the square footage of my home. He then explained step by step the process he would use to clean my vents/ducts. He was very knowledgeable and always asked if I had any questions, which was nice since this was my first experience with this process. Derrick Chang: I used duct doctor for my air duct cleaning and while they did a great job with the duct cleaning itself. They left my house a mess. Not sure if that’s normal but had I known my house would be covered in dust, I would’ve taken some precautions. The crew that came out was very nice, I have no negative comments about the crew. However when they cleaned the ducts they had their vacuum on. But after a while they put the vacuum away and sounded like they kept cleaning. But then all the dust was shooting up my vents and into my dining room, kitchen, and living room. Luckily I was off that day and was able to vacuum the whole house and dust everything but I’m just annoyed I had to clean up after them. Had they told me dust would be shooting back up I would’ve put away all my things. But literally everything was covered in dust. So for the job itself I give 5 stars. But for the aftermath I give it a 1 star. Just thinking from another customers standpoint. Not everyone is able to clean or has the time to clean up their whole house after getting this done. Especially when it could’ve been prevented by just leaving the vacuum hose connected before doing anything else. But maybe I just don’t understand the process, so who am I to critique. Just wish I wouldn’t have had to spend the rest of my day cleaning. Walked around the house and sat down and realized I had been dragging the dust all over the place.UPDATE: the owner reached out to me personally and apologized for the mess and offered to hire a cleaning crew to come out and a full refund. I can accept mistakes, but it makes a world of difference when they try to make up for it. Very pleased with this company. Will definitely be referring!Service:HVAC duct vent cleaning
