Asian 816: Cool apartment, terrible leasing. They removed Lori and put KJ and she’s rude, smart and disrespectful. I’ve only encountered her over the phone before today, I was told by Gabby if I had the money order by the 5th and they received it by the 5th she would take the late fee off, now KJ is saying she won’t take it off. Called multiple about issues with apartment saying she would have someone come look and never did. Be mindful 🤷🏾‍♀️

K B: WORST EVER!!! Car broke into because I had to park outside the gate in winter .. nothing done about it. House broken into twice nothing done about it because “cameras cut off after hours.” I moved out a couple months early because of MICE and they still charged me full rent.. very uncomfortable in such a small space! Then I got charged 2 thousand dollars in damages .. I only slept there I was never there to “damage” anything. Overall I learned my lesson and I hated living here wouldn’t recommend.

Lisa Abram: BEWARE!! Worst place to ever live. Management....ha that is funny. People in the office are only there Monday through Friday. Nobody answers returns calls on the weekend phone line. Rude and unprofessional. Don't bother trying to deal with them or request anything be fixed because they retaliate with threats of fines and outrageous fees. Trash all over the grounds. The owning company Iron Door Management has no way to be reached and when you ask for contact information to corporate you get the run around. You won't be able to leave the grounds in winter because they do not have anyone maintain the grounds for snow removal or treatment. The local police department knows the address by heart because of the constant issues. Don't let the cheaply done decor fool you. Don't make the same mistake.The reply to this review sounds good but is clearly not true. How can trash be picked up daily when nobody works on the weekend? You welcome a call to discuss problems however I can screen shot the calls I made just today that I have yet to get a return call to. Emails from IRON DOOR MANAGEMENT don't get a response either. The winter snow removal and parking lot treatment has got to be the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. They back entrance gets blocked with cars that can't make it up the hill and management's resolution is for you to park outside of the complex at the top of the hill....but good luck walking up to your car on the untreated parking lot. Typical response to a true review of unprofessionalism and a horrible complex but very far from what the reality of nightmare is at Cimarron.

Lil Zay: Terrible...Maintenance Refuses To Fix Anything, Office Staff Are Rude & Disrespectful... They change and add rules or regulations to your lease while forwarding your signature.. I had a bad water leak that caused mold & ruin my furniture... I was in hospital because of mold and didn't receive anytime of compensation or fixing the issue

Sarah: DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!managers have gone inside and gone through our apartment multiple times without permission. No 24 hour notice, were not even told. We only know because we have trustworthy neighbors who watch our apartment. Everyone pays different amounts for rent. Some people pay electricity and utilities, some do not.

Jordan Alan710: These apartments are some of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Everything may look nice in the pictures yes everything is new new paint new appliances new flooring but it’s not until you actually stay inside the unit that you notice all of its flaws. I’m not trying to bash anybody’s work but there are things that are not done properly at this apartment and the management company is horrible about keeping communication with the tenants I will never stay here again.

Angela H.: I had lived here at Cimarron since 2012 and never had any issues until the new property management took over almost 2 years ago. They decided to remodel and have been steadily gutting the buildings but in the meantime allowed trash to build up and be strewn throughout the parking lots. They did minimal salting or snow shoveling for winter and Cimarron is on a very steep hill. They placed me on month to month on my last lease renewal and then waited until July 28 to give me a 30 day notice that they wanted to remodel my building. I was welcome to move to a remodeled unit for $300 dollars more. Mind you, units are still very small, there is no pool, there is barely a washer/dryer area, winter clean-up is awful and the area is NOT GOOD. I already had an apartment lined up and was just waiting to hear about my application so when Cimarron called me on August 19 and said THEY CHANGED THEIR MINDS and weren't going to remodel just yet and I was welcome to stay I have to say I was stunned. I told them no thank you and I would be looking forward to getting my deposit back. I'm not going through this with them again! Needless to say they stole my deposit, trying to say they had to clean up after me. I cleaned that whole apartment. They tried telling me all our old appliances could be used at other slum locations but I have photos showing them throwing all the old appliances out. Somehow, replacing 3 cheap plastic blinds, and cleaning my stove and fridge (which they will throw away, see photos) cost $250. Good to know. I would never recommend anyone move in here. The buildings may look pretty right now but this management company is not worth dealing with.

Laya Down: Stephanie's pretty awesome and helped us get in over here because we got kicked out of Brookstone Village because they were accusing us of selling ecstasy and meth and they didn't even have any evidence just because my ex boyfriend was arrested with a known drug dealer doesn't mean a thing and Stephanie understands that and she's real nice gal this place is really good are occasionally my kids say they can smell marijuana coming off of a porch somewhere but I guess nowadays people, like pot so I'm not going to complain we from Union Bell so we're not really adapt to this city yet

Aa y puedes tener mascotas. En canbio aki no se puede sobre las lavadoras. Es mejor qie salgas a lavar a un londry. Fuera te roba tus monedas y no sirven las maquinas. El que vive ayi lo sabe y si quieren se los demuestro con hechos punto los manager te son amigables cuando eres nuebo pero despues te dejan saber quienes son asi que si estas pensado en mudarte.
