Idk who that one light skinned lady was that was there last month when I went in, she was horrible, she didn’t know how to operate any of the merchandise! There was a strange looking young man hanging out in the store and parking lot. I see why she didn’t last long. I’m sure glad Crystal was there to help me again this time.

Tisha Adams: When you go to enter the store there is about 2 inches of water pooled right in front of the door. It's raining and there seems to be no landscaping to prevent this. I almost didn't go in because I didn't want to step into such a large puddle. Once inside it smelled terribly of mold. My partner and I walked around browsing and ended up walking through water that had leaked in the back corner. Because of the smell I kept trying not to throw up. We had to cut our visit short and didn't buy anything because I couldn't handle the smell of mold.

If you were a better business owner you would know I worked for at thats facility more than a week. Crystal should own the business , not just run a store . She is a much better owner plus, she does more than she's paid for .And fyi I definitely communicated everytime I would be late an I have proof. Which you would have seen , had you played your role correctly. But thanks for allowing everyone to see your jusfications for holding my paycheck. Rather 7 or 70 hours, it's not okay.

Nonymous Man: This place is awesome! Their pride window caught my eye, and I’m glad I stopped in! The associate tonight (who’s name I didn’t catch, he was a younger blonde dude) was AMAZING! He made me feel comfortable and was super easy to talk to, I found an awesome new toy and he talked me into trying a new lube. I understand the Covid protocols and understand some things we have to do to keep ourself and others safe, so I don’t mind having to get a quick temperature scan and presenting my ID, but some people are entitled brats.

A B: This place is dirty, has poor customer service and a very small selection of items. The female working kept clapping her hands very loudly which made the shopping experience unpleasant. She made it a point to let me know the cameras were recording several times (approx 4 times within 8 mins), did she think I was going to steal something.... while checking out she said it again "the cameras are recording" which I replied "why do you keep saying that" her response was that store has been "terrorized" in the past and her boss is watching. I could care less if the boss was watching. Then she continued to say she didn't care if I bought anything but she still had to tell me about 4 products next to the register. Overall it was a Terrible experience and will not be returning.

David Huck: Horrible service!! The owners were very rude and disrespectful towards our service animal. He came after our service dog very hostil yelling “no dogs allowed”. Even after showing our proper documents and explaining the situation he still was a hardass. They also tried to deny us service upon entry. Not recommend to anyone unless you don’t mind dealing with rude owners and staff. The only nice staff was the older lady who was very understanding of the situation and took our side through it all. The older gentleman behind the counter was not accommodating in the slightest.

Nikki: Have seen this place in passing for a while so we decided to stop. Walking in they have a lot of variety. They do not accept cards but have an ATM if you don’t mind fees. Got 2 items. The electric butterfly came broken and when we tried to put the batteries in they got extremely hot. Have called and been told to call back. Was trying to see if we could maybe just replace the item. After calling again an old guy said he didn’t know what to do or “who the manager was - they just sign my checks”. Shame. We were looking for a place like this but I wouldn’t risk it. There are probably no returns but instead of telling you that they will pass you around or act flippant on the phone. $40 for us to learn not to go there again. It might have a lot of variety but if items are dead out of the box with no refunds it’s gonna be risky spending any money there.

SweetSorrow: Manager is a creep, the store is usually dirty. Lots of shoplifting. Sketchy and/or clueless employees who don't know anything. The prices are really high and many of the toys are defective. Not worth it.

I asked if the business provides mask and no and I told I'm vaccinated would it change the mask mandate for the business. The response was I quote "do you want to die.". It can be awkward shopping in a store like that and I don’t feel like they’re staring at me, haha. But when I have a question they’ve always known the answer. I was looking for a specific product and I couldn’t find it. The manager knew exactly what I was looking for and it turned out they had a few of them but they were more expensive than I expected. So he suggested the travel version that was cheaper. It’s usually really hard for me to talk with a male about these kinds of products but he made it not weird. Haha.

Sarah Beth: I would like to start this review by mentioning that the lady who actuallt works in the store is very nice and has good intentions.... But make sure you don't intend on having anything you need to return. The General Manger has no intention of working with customers. The cashier told me that they would work with me on returning the items but only for store credit that I assumed I would need to use at the same visit We were just 1 day past our 30 days on the receipt since it was the only day we both had off we went in. I originally spent over $150 dollars for bachelorette items. We didn't end up using everything. If you aren't absolutly sure you are going to use everything then I would recommend getting the exact same items from Amazon for a cheaper price and hassle free return policies. It is examples like this that force people to shop online and businesses like this to close down. Definitely not customer centered and no customer service flexibility.

Collin Smith: Gave it 1 because 0 wasn't an option. My girlfriend and I came in this evening after some lingerie. The only employee was some girl who sat behind the counter oblivious to the customers in the store, who immediately returned to whatever she was working on at the counter after checking our IDs. When we finally found something she liked (no thanks to her), my girlfriend asked to use the dressing room. She was all but frisked on the way in, and the one outfit she liked didn't fit, and we were told they couldn't order her size (not a rare one). Already dissatisfied with the selection and service, we put back the thigh highs and garter we'd already found, and got ready to leave. When we got to the door, we were rudely interrogated about the items we'd been carrying, which we explained we replaced when we couldn't find a full outfit. After being given the stink eye on the way out, my girlfriend realized she couldn't find her phone. Thinking she may have left it in the dressing room, and already put off and angry from the terrible customer service, I volunteered to go in and check the dressing room. The employee sighed and turned away as she stood up (for what I assume was a theatrical eye roll) and reluctantly opened the dressing room, and was silent as I failed to find the phone, apologized for wasting her time, and left. The phone was found later on in the car, but I left then and there after all but directly being accused of theft. I would sooner buy trashy lingerie from Walmart than return to this store. The selection is better, and so is the service, not that that's saying anything. If anyone from their management even reads this, it was a girl with long, dark brown hair, dark rimmed glasses and wearing black and white patterned leggings. I'm impressed you're still in business treating customers this way. Will not be returning.
