Francisco Rodriguez III: Used vehicle purchased less than a month ago. There was some pulling occurring in the steering wheel; and after the first attempt to correct the issue, there was still some sensations in the ride of the vehicle along with a slight pull. The customer service that has been provided throughout this process has been amazing!!! Offered a loaner in the event their Certified Technician, Jeff, were unable to correct the problems within the first 30 Day/1,000 miles on this "vehicle"we just purchased. It wasn't an Acura that we purchased, but have treated us like an Acura brand family would. Going from The Acura badge to The Mercedes brand, comes with a care that is only met with a genuine desire to take care of all their customers' needs and concerns. That is what's being displayed here. They have not only met our initial desires in a dealership, from a consumer standpoint, but are going above and beyond what we would've imagined thus far. Anthony Tuel: Bought a car from them in March of 2020. They failed to inform me that the car I purchased burned oil and that the previous owner had smoked in it. After a week of having the car, the shark fin antenna came off. The sales rep and service department essentially told me to kick rocks.I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for a much higher quality dealership.

Dennis Frederickson: Bryan Drescler is our Sales person and helped us with buying our new 2023 MDX Advanced. Ted B: Just because they sell luxury vehicles doesn’t mean they have any more ethics than the used car lot down the street.Took my trade in and was given a low trade in value because of an accident. Was told there was no way they could sell the car because of the amount of work that had been done to repair the car. They would probably just wholesale the car. Took it to another dealership and was offered a little more but would take longer for the payoff to take place. Decided to stay with Jay Wolfe because I thought they were being on the level with me. Traded the car in and had a relatively positive experience with the process.For my own curiosity I was wondering if my car had been sold to a local used car dealer. Come to find out the car that they would have to wholesale is sitting on the showroom floor at Jay Wolfe Acura for over double what they gave me.So much for honesty and integrity. What had been a positive experience has been forever tainted. Wish there was another Acura dealership in the area I could have my car serviced at in the future.Oh and the begging for a 10 rating if I get a survey is getting old.

Even the Sales staff we have meet have been fair and honest in my opinion.Of course that has been a few warranty repair and a few service be the service department has been wonderful and helpful every time.This is our first Acura but had Hondas on the past. For a few years and a few vehicles we switched to a different brand that was known for reliable and the safest car. The brand was safe but the repairs and known issues where a pain.Based on our experience with the Acura dealership in Kansas City; we will probably be buying the next few cars from them.

laurathurm: We purchased a 2016 MDX (40K miles) in 2018. I thought I was going to have to get up & walk out before the financing was done (we have excellent credit) but we were not interested in the expensive warranty that the financing officer kept pushing (talk about being held hostage). I was ready to leave when he drastically dropped the cost of the warranty (we finally agreed). However, the real trouble began with the service part & “free” oil changes. Put it this way, after basically being called a liar the first time we arrived for our appointment, I always took the name of the person scheduling the appointment AND I called to confirm the appointment. Luckily, this information got us a loaner car after driving for an hour to get and discovering that they had no record of the appointment. We quit going to Wolfe and left most of our free oil changes on the table. Anyway, that and other miscommunications over windshield replacements, along with a loose piece of window trim that was noted the day I purchased the car (yet never fixed) is why I am now driving to Wichita for a new 2023 MDX.

Lisa: I purchased my vehicle a few years back from this dealership and for the most part have had good experiences for oil changes and other service needs. But I'd like management to know that on my recent visit, I scheduled an oil change and requested a loaner vehicle. The website gave me this as an option. I'm driving from about 25 minutes away and made plans to visit my family that lives within 5 miles of the dealership. The service advisor that helped me made a point to explain, "They don't usually give loaner vehicles out for a 1 hour oil change because they have to find room to park the owner's serviced vehicle." I told her I would definitely be back within a few hours, not end of day and I also explained what I was up to (family plans). Very quickly received a text, within about an hour of drop off.. to let me know it was ready for pick up. She did not ask if I wanted the complimentary car wash that usually is offered, so I asked for the service via text and was told "It's already been done".All this to say, I was disappointed with the treatment by the personnel there. It encouraged me to take my business elsewhere for future needs. Perhaps they should remove the loaner option for select services, if it truly is an inconvenience to them.

Courtney Drake: I would highly recommend recommend Jay Wolfe on 103rd! Although I did not purchase a vehicle here, I did have a pre-purchase inspection performed on a used car prior to buying it. Andrew was the technician, and he did an incredible job and took time afterwards to honestly answer a few questions we had about the vehicle. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Jay Wolfe, I went in a few times and salesman Xavier was always incredibly nice. I had a strict budget and model I was wanting, and Xavier did a great job at being non-pushy during the process of looking at vehicles. He referred us to the Jay Wolfe Outlet, and everyone there was also very kind and non-pushy! The service at both places was absolutely outstanding, down to the woman running the drink/snack/waiting area, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Acura.

Shannon O’Hare: Scheduled an appointment for a check up under warranty. When I got here, after driving 50 minutes, I was told it’s 160$ just to look at it even though it’s under warranty. Would have been nice to know that before I drove this far. Communication is clearly really hard for Jay Wolf Acura employees.

I had to scramble to have a family member sit with mom until I came home.What is the point of having an appt. if you still have to wait behind the walk- ins. Service on vehicle was good. Oil change and multi-point inspection. But 2 hours just for that, jiffy lube is quicker.

Kim Mason: Saturday I called and arranged to bring in my vehicle to have my battery checked. Arrived and my battery tested out ok. I asked for an oil change and after the initial assessment of my vehicle the service advisor let me know I was showing a need for a possible alignment. He stated they would know more once they took it back. I also inquired about a tire rotation. He stated me the price and also recommended a balance with price as well. Balance was $60. I declined that service at this time. I asked that he please call me with the findings so I could make my decision regarding the alignment. I also let him know that yes I did want the complementary car wash and vacuum. He stated it would be approx.1 1/2 hours before I heard something. I left to do other things as I had a ride. Almost 3 hours later I received a phone call that my car was ready. Upon return which was getting close to close of business my car had had an alignment and oil change. I had not been called regarding the alignment. As I was waiting to talk with the advisor he was talking with another customer and quoted him a different price on a balance on tires than mine and it was cheaper. This caught my attention as giving out different prices to others. When I spoke with the advisor he gave me the specs and went over it with me. I was then sent out with my keys to my car in the parking lot. It was dirty and not vacuumed. I went back in and the first thing he asked was no oil change sticker. I stated not sure about that as I hadn't looked due to my car being dirty and not vacuumed. He took the car himself to clean it and returned it to me.Kim Mason
