Amanda Osbourne: Absolutely never again they will mix your social security number up with other people and try to for you to pay debts you don't owe. When you ask for proof of debt they will not provide it. They allowed a woman by the name of Michelle Lane to use my social. (Name provided by the office manager) the office manager is unhelpful and unfriendly if you press her for information regarding the case. She does not return phone calls but says she did. I have loved this company for years but this has destroyed my faith.

Austin Obryan: Filed my taxes 6+ months ago I only received one of the 2 years I did still waiting on other 2 months after I took my things in there I get called saying info is missing from one year and they had some questions then never hear nothing back until I call to ask what’s up then they said it was sent out. Well 2 more months later I’m calling asking what’s the deal they tell me to call or look it up on irs website which is a real pain and the reason I payed them to do this in first place they have lost my business this is ridiculous
